Absolutely dreadful company to use or deal with, DO NOT USE. Firstly the order was placed told it was 2-3 working days- 2 weeks later still not delivered but money taken. Called to enquire where it was. Lady was very sketchy, saying they didn’t have the address but the address on the invoice sent to me 2 weeks prior was correct. She told me it would be delivered today, it’s not! Just called and got the same excuse that they don’t have the correct address then she hung up Domt use them ever, the high street is dying because of people like this.

Ordering and delivery of cork floor tiles was easy and efficient and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.
I was pleased to be able to get cream cork flooring. The only downside is that it was not clear what size of tile adhesive was available and so I decided to source that elsewhere.

Todella huono asiakaspalvelu, johon vastataan muutaman päivän viiveellä. Tilasin valokuvatapetin, tilaus ei mennyt heidän mukaansa läpi, käskivät tehdä uuden tilauksen. Nyt 2 samanlaista tapettia tulossa ja maksu tietenkin molemmista. Maksua eivät toisesta peruuta vaikka vika oli heidän. Sähköpostiin eivät vastaa, puhelinpalvelu on saksaksi, vaikka numero on Helsinkiin. EI TODELLAKAAN KANNATTA TILATA!

Very helpful answers to questions when I spoke to Marlborough office. Very speedy delivery of order. However ordering goods was a problem because it took three days before my bank details were recognised and I was able to pay for the order

Tilasin valkoista tapettia. Tuotetiedoissa ei lukenut mitään että olisi kimalletta mutta tapetti oli täynnä glitteriä. Tuotetiedot olivat valheelliset ja palautus täytyisi tehdä omakustanteisesti. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa. En tilaa koskaan enää mitään, todella törkeää toimintaa.
