Scammers I’m getting charged for something I never knew about they been taking money out of my account for months n I can’t get in contact with anyone from there company

If I could give no stars I would. The shoes are cheap. I didn't see the return polivy and they don't want to give me my money back. Ill never shop wuth them again.Dishonest folks always have a chiesty return policy.

Wish I can give them 0 stars for customer service. I couldn’t find anywhere to leave a review or have the opportunity to talk with any live agent, only via email.
Purchased final sale items -2 pairs. 1 black sole with pvc and 1 white pair. UPS didn’t deliver them instead they delivered them to nearby pickup point. Paid $7-8 dollars for shipping. The next day I picked them up from ups, within that 15-20 mins of picking them up, I opened the box. Impressed that they were actually nicely boxed even though they are made in china (made in prc)…lol. I tried the black pvc first stood up from my couch, didn’t even walk, then sat down to try on my white pairs literally took it off within that couple seconds and it imprinted my feet onto the white shoe. Therefore, I emailed customer service, and they got back pretty quick quickly. However, per the customer relations person he/she said my feet were dirty so it’s my fault. I sent 2 emails after this email, saying that it was a quality issue. The new service relations person named SAM said they check the quality check video of them boxing, but nothing was wrong with the shoes. And also implied that I should’ve kept my feet clean before trying the shoes on. First of all, my feet are always clean, I even have a separate house slippers w/ socks on at all times. And if it is my dirty feet why doesn’t it wipe when I wipe with baby wipes, dirt should come off. Also, the stain is bluish/black of course the picture can’t see but if you see it in person it’s freakin stamped. The customer relations told me that the shoe was perfect and final sale. I never complained about the condition they arrived in. I am complaining about the quality but at the end they never responded to my last email with a video attached. They blamed everything on the customer instead of trying to investigate further. My feet did not show any sign of stamping from wearing the black pair, but still left a mark on my white shoes, so I guess it’s my fault for purchasing. Never purchasing them again. You would get the same quality with schutz but better customer service. I even told them it’s my first time purchasing their product, so glad I purchase sale item to be safe but spend about $190 for two pairs of shoes that were okay. I should’ve just purchase a $300 Paris Texas shoes, which I kind of got a dupe from FEMME LA and regretting it so much. The shoes are nice but not worth the hype and celebrity marketing, thought I would be getting something better than I expected.

I purchased a pair of heels from this brand and wore them only twice. Unfortunately, after such minimal use, the inner lining near the heel began tearing and the gold finish started rubbing off. The material feels extremely cheap and delicate, which is surprising given the price of the shoes.
In addition to the material issue, the shoes were very difficult to walk in. My heel repeatedly slipped sideways while walking, which made them feel almost impossible to walk in comfortably or safely. Because of this instability, the material inside the heel quickly began to tear.
When I contacted customer service and provided photos, the response was that the damage was considered “wear and tear” and that I should consult a cobbler for repair. I found this disappointing given that the shoes were practically new and had only been worn twice.
At this price point, I would expect better quality materials and basic durability. Buyers should be aware that if an issue occurs after wearing the shoes even briefly, the company may simply classify it as wear and tear and offer no real solution.
Dont trust Femme la. Gave me a defect shoe and keep lying about a protective film, that was never on the shoe to begin with. Extremely contradicting and has horrible spelling mistakes. Who did they hire to email me at 1am like a drunk person ?!
Looks like Im not the only one receiving used or damaged shoes. I paid $210 (originally priced $300) for a pair of used black suede boots. I tried them on and they fit great and I liked them so I set them aside. When it came time to considering them for an outfit, I noticed the bottoms were very much worn. The tops looked brand new so I didnt think to check the bottom right away. I emailed them and they did not care at all and basically said Im out of luck. They told me I had 3 days to let them know they were faulty or damaged. I dont even open a box sometimes for a few days. Their website says 7 days. They also have a 30 day return policy. I noticed they were worn on Dec 24 and they were shipped to me around Dec 6 or 7th. How does their returns not examine these and then repackage these in this way, used. This should be standard practice to examine these before shipping out. They deny sending me used shoes. So I have to dispute now. What a disappointment. BAD customer service.
I ordered a pair of sandals that arrived damaged, and despite providing multiple clear photos and videos showing the defect and intact packaging, the company refused to issue a refund. Instead, they only offered a 70% store credit, which is unacceptable for a defective item. They also repeatedly implied the damage occurred after shipping, which was absolutely not the case.
The entire process has been frustrating and dismissive, with no accountability or flexibility from customer service. They never provided a full refund. I’ve been a frequent online shopper for years and have never encountered a company so unwilling to properly handle a defective product.
I hope this feedback helps others understand what to expect before purchasing. I wish I could share here all the exchanged emails, it was frustrating!

Really bad quality and terrible customer service 😢 The shoes came damaged and they refused to help out. I cannot wear these vegan leather “plastic” shoes. So disappointed!

I have reported them to the Australian Consumer Law as they are in breach of multiple regulations.
Scam , be aware . Terrible quality and when returning it’s a fake adress .
Do not buy. This company has no contact information and refuse to work with their customers if a problem arises.
La Femme Wanderer. Beware buying from this company. They do not give refunds although their website says they do. Their website says customer service 24/7, well I have been waiting weeks for reply. They blocked me from their instagram because I kept asking when I would get a response from them. Warning - becareful, these people are not to be trusted
I have tried to raise a refund request multiple times and they have not responded to me. They sent me the wrong item. When I click on the email address on their website it takes me to another company’s email address and they said they are not la femme wanderer.

Do not order from them. Incredibly inconsiderate. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0/10 stars. I would never recommend doing business with such a site. I hope everyone knows not to order from here.
