After months of searching for a car that was right for me, I stumbled upon Brayleys Nissan. The garage is over an hour from my home so I was dubious as normally prefer to look closer to home in case of any issues . Tony Hulland became my point of contact and what a fantastic guy he was ! Professional, personable , knowledgeable, approachable. I decided, given how he was and the confidence he gave me, to view the car and subsequently picked it up a week later ! Tony helped with every aspect from finance to part ex - guided me with the paperwork and advised me with regards to my insurance and change of private plate. Tony even showed me how to pair my phone and work the lights/ wipers/heaters etc! Always a phone call or email away and always did what he said he would do. The garage itself offer all kinds of assurances and I feel totally confident with my purchase. I feel if there is an issue Brayleys will not dismiss me. To the manager of Brayleys - you guys have got it right. As for Tony , he is a real asset to your team . Would definitely recommend Brayleys and it will be my first call when I’m ready to upgrade!

Put down a deposit on a van started going through the process of buying it to be told 2days later someone else had a deposit on it and they would refund me. This was after receiving all the relevant documents via email purchase order etc. Absolute shambles the management of Brayleys Nissan Manchester. Sent an email asking him to phone me directly and still waiting on the call a week later.

Everytime I take my cars Into Brayleys I always get first class treatment from the time the car is booked in to the time I collect

Paul and Mel go out of their way to make me feel welcome answering any questions and always ensure I have a courtesy car on standby in case I need one

They are all dog friendly there so I don’t have an issue taking my staffy and American Bully in with me Barney my American Bully loves Mel lol

My car is due to be changed soon and I will of course be getting my new X Trail from Brayleys I won’t be going anywhere else

And they do really nice coffee so another reason to stay there

Paul and his young colleague in reception are an asset , to the company . Warm welcoming and ever so friendly very professional , you always look forward to coming back . I think they are very important cause they are the first people you see and meet and give a very impressive look of the organisation

Everything went smoothly and service staff were excellent, explaining the MOT and health check findings clearly. Furthermore explained options available to me for any advisory findings.

Great service

I purchased a Nissan grey Suv from this dealership on 19/05/2026 and was told the vehicle would be supplied with two keys, I made this clear to the sales person that otherwise I wouldn't have accepted the car. He promised to supply the other key right after the sales completed, so I only received one key at handover.
Despite repeatedly chasing the dealership over the last 4 months, the second key has still not been provided, and I have received little meaningful progress or communication regarding when this issue will be resolved.
A second key is a standard part of the vehicle package and should have been supplied as agreed. Having to spend months following up on such a basic issue has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I hope the dealership will now resolve the matter promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them. Customers should not have to wait this long for a promised basic item to be provided.

Very good experience, staff were more than friendly and happy to answer any question and provide a solution to any problem. Initially went in to get some work done through service but after waiting around I was approached by a salesman. General conversation turned into a discussion about car options, I was thinking about upgrading and after viewing a car and going a test drive I was convinced to go from a juke to a Qashqai. Been very happy with my new vehicle and the after service has been top notch. I have recived a call to ensure I was happy with the experience and recived the salesman email so I could have direct contact should I need anything. Highly recommend thank you Nissan Manchester

Being greeted by a Gentleman called Paul at service. Check in, Very Professional, explained everything in great detail , perfect attitude, noticed he greeted every customer with same Care , explained what was going to happen what next etc

Very poor experience with this company.

Having read several 5-star reviews, I expected a much better level of service. Perhaps things are fine when there are no issues with the vehicle, but the aftercare I’ve received has been shocking.

I agreed to take the car home on the understanding that Nissan Brayleys Manchester would arrange for a company to resolve one of the issues that wasn’t dealt with at the workshop, as well as arrange a replacement item.

Four weeks later, despite one complaint email and three phone calls, I’m still waiting with no resolution or meaningful update.

Such poor customer service and aftercare. If I treated my own customers this way, I’d lose a huge amount of business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to deal with this company again.

Brayleys Nissan in Manchester. A truly wonderful car buying experience. No pressure. Good people. A great car. An incredible deal with unexpected but very much appreciated extras (12 months warranty, UK and EU RAC cover). 5 out of 5. I’d have given them 6 out of 5 if I could.
