From start to finish the service has been exceptional, Jordan from the Dunstable branch went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect for me. I am a nervous buyer, so had many questions and queries about buying a second hand car, all were met with patients, professionalism, and timely responses. Even when Jordan was out of the office, Jake his manager was happy to assist. A video was sent to me of the car before I came to view and after I decided to buy which was a great service and put my mind at ease. They even had my car delivered to my house due to mobility and travel issues that I faced. I can’t thank Jordan enough, nothing was too much trouble and every need was taken care of. This kind of service is very hard to come by and I really appreciate it. I will not hesitate to buy my future cars from this garage. I’ll also recommend my friends and family, due to the exceptional service. Thank you so much Jordan and Jake.

Had a service at Dunstable KIA today and the service was great, friendly staff and very helpfull garage.
My car needed a fluid leak fixed following the service and rather than coming back they fixed it for me there and then. Cant fault the staff here ive always had a good experience and they always go above and beyond for me. Thank you all.

Peter was extremely helpful going above and beyond to supply us with a Motability Car for collection in a few days. We needed a car quickly due to illness and he talked us through the process making us feel at ease. Excellent service again. My work schedule changed, which meant I arrived early to collect a courtesy car (which was not ready). Jordan located a replacement for me, and I was soon back on the road. My own car's service and MOT were completed ahead of schedule, and I collected my car nice and early the following day. As I said last year, with service like this, I will be back.

Two Service Advisors, Jodie Harbour-Brown and Tom Palmer were excellent. Tom was able to explain a query that I had on my service last year with a different KIA garage. Tom was knowledgeable, patient, reassuring, overall impressive. The video engineer was also precise and unhurried. Overall a much better experience than I had last year at the other garage.

Good service from workshop and was done in a couple of hours i.e. before lunch. I was informed by customer services that the car was on its way for its wash and they would be in touch again once it was ready to collect. I never received this phone call and I had to ring several times during late afternoon to find out whether it was ready. Shame this is why only 4 stars given. However, would like to say customer services are always very polite and pleasant to deal with and the car came back so clean.

Excellent service, had a little wait to begin with but apparently that was the new system, but vehicle was serviced and washed in under 2 hours from drop off too pick up.

We bought a brand new Kia Sportage for our daughter from this garage. Peter Deans was outstanding in every way, from ordering the car to purchasing it. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The hand over was not rushed, he explained all the car’s features in a clear way. Such a different experience from one of the other Kia dealerships locally. We felt safe and comfortable in dealing with him. A fantastic experience.
