Took car in for first MOT & Service. Friendly, helpful reception staff who kept me updated on progress and job completed as expected in a timely fashion

I have just purchased a new Honda Jazz from Brayleys. A very positive experience. Angela explained everything clearly and was very helpful and friendly. The whole process was very smooth from the start to the handover. I am very happy with both the car and the company.

The receptionists were very friendly and courteous. The Service undertaken was efficient & within a reasonable time. However very disappointed that there is now no service wash. Other dealerships continue to offer this service which I believe is a good token given to loyal customers like me. It is not much to give. We Might go
Elsewhere next year which is a shame as we have been going to S Ruislip Honda for years.

The efficiency of the support staff I had contact with namely Jo, Amy and the driver who collected and returned my car.

I liked the idea of the video with the engineer explaining the checks that had been carried out.

I was not very happy with a charge of £50.00 collection and deliver, however, this had been explained to me first. But surely you could charge it on a mileage basis.

Also rather disappointing that you have stopped the complimentary valet service.

My husband & I have used the Ruislip Branch for over 25 years,buying several new cars from them,since they have changed hands,the excellent service we used to receive has gone down hill,we took all our cars for a service,receiving a valet inside & out,I took mine for a service,yesterday & no valet of cars included,plus I wasn’t informed of that fact,it was only when I spoke to one of the sales reps,saying I look forward to having my car cleaned,that I was told it was no longer offered

Booked first service for my Honda Jazz Hybrid. Took it for service on 26 January at 08.45 and it was ready to collect just after midday. It was a basic service with little to do and no extra work. I was pleased with the reception and also the work done. I would have liked the car to be valeted but I was advised beforehand that Brayleys no longer did that.

JASNEET DOOWA who is a salesman at BRAYLEYS Ruislip still not has not issued me a refund of £250.00. He stated he would refund me my £250.00 2 weeks ago. I have called numerous times and emailed him loads of times and he has ignored my calls and emails. I have taken further action. This is unacceptable.
Every time I call and speak to someone, they say someone will call me back and no one does. Appalling service. Do not go there.

The experience was just what I have come to expect from Brayleys: welcoming, attentive and with regular updates. My car was ready at the time that it was promised; I was made to feel “special”.

This typifies my contacts with the dealership over nearly 30 years.

I was booked in for my first car service at Brayley’s Honda Ruislip on arrival I as greeted with a Friendly smile and a warm welcome from all the staff as well from the two lovely lady's at the service counter i had a few questions and they took the time to answered them very clearly so I'm very grateful the Service team that carried out the work were welcoming also I cant praise them all enough outstanding service even had a video sent to my mobile phone showing them carrying out the health check on my car. I was amazed Thank you all see you in 12 months for my next service. I would highly Recommend Brayley’s Honda Ruislip Branch.

Friendly and efficient communication, our final Service in a two-year Service Plan set up by the South Ruislip Brayley Honda Dealership was carried out on time and thoroughly at Enfield. A shame that a collect and deliver service is not operated, but the use of a courtesy car was seamless at a cost of £30 to cover insurance for the day. As a result of our experience, we have just signed up for a four-year Service Plan with Brayley Honda Enfield. Particular thanks to Jenifer Hatton for keeping us informed throughout the whole process.
