Transmission was received when expected. Replaced an E40D transmission that had over 287,000 miles. The BestBuy transmission is working great!! No issues what so ever. Only thing I thought I was getting a transmission from Florida and it actually came from Wisconsin. I picked it up from FedEx and returning the old was a breeze. Overall, very happy with this purchase!!!

Absolutely worst customer service I have dealt with. Kathy the woman that works there called me for a week straight 5-7 am, some of the time from a private number when I needed emailed the information for the Core return. I am not awake that early and when I called back during normal business hours each I couldn't get a hold of them. When I finally did, her response very rudely was "you better answer for FedEx" when I asked to speak to a supervisor she huge up on me and I never got a call back. She is the only one who answers the phone so I cannot get a hold of anyone else. Loved the transmission works great, but I will never buy anything again just because of this woman!

1995 chevy Astro van 4L60E transmission rebuilt-Fast shipping. I have been running my van 9 months now with no issues. Shifts fine and works like it should and at the time had the best warranty I could find. Warranties are easy to have, but if like a recent issue with Injectors Direct unless they hold up their end of the bargain the warranty is worthless. With Best Buy Transmissions, so far so good and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Have not had a single problem so cannot comment about warranty. Happy to date with their transmission.

It was easy and cheapest transmission I found on the net. Junk yard where asking what I got my remanufactured transmission for. Those transmission at the junk yard had 100000 miles or more on them. The transmission is smooth changing and very responsive best decision I have ever made!!!!! There warranty is great and the core process completely easy. I any of my other vehicles have an issue with the transmission I am definitely going to use them again!😁

The best price and warranty I found online. So I took a chance and purchased a transmission for my tahoe even though I was skeptical about buying something like a transmission online. Couldn't have worked out better. Took some time obviously for a tranny to arrive via mail/truck. And I had the luxury of having professional mechanics in my family to help with the install. But as of right now running great with over 10,000 miles on it so far. Definitely reccomend, even if you don't have mechanics in the family they can ship it to wherever you take your car for service.
