I gave it a 4 star because I had the transmission instaled and it started to leak before I even put all my fuild in . And let's just say I was very very upset leaking back around 2 bolts in back 4t65E transmission in a 05 Impala so I had to go buy a gasket and after I did that put the pan back on .it looked like someone over torqued the bolts on the and panand little bumps on the pan . Put 1000 miles on transmission so far I am happy . . So I would have gave it a 5 out of 5 star but I had to go buy a gasket for the pan . And I should not had to do that . But I did and done is done . And everything working good . Happy so far .

Best Buy Transmissions get five stars and five thumbs up from me! I purchased a transmission for a 1997 GMC in August 2017. The unit arrived as promised, and fit like a glove. The transmission performed flawlessly from installation, however we had a ‘check engine light’ error that indicated a low voltage on the brake switch output. I mentioned it Best Buy Transmission when they made a follow-up call. They told me it was important, and had to be addressed immediately or the transmission could bet ruined - and they helped me troubleshoot the problem with excellent advice and schematics. They also helped with a few additional wiring issues, and the truck runs like new. I just received another communication from them in May 2018 to confirm it’s still performing well! Could not be happier with a vendor.

Best Buy Transmission is by far one of the best companies I've dealt with in ages. Customer service is awesome. I ordered a transmission think it'd take a week to get here, it arrived in 1 day which put me behind the 8 ball on installing because of prior obligations. Not being able to get the core back in time, I called the company and was informed "no problem" and core return window was adjusted. Replaced the transmission in my 2006 Chevy Blazer about 6 months ago and it is doing great! Unfortunately I have replaced transmissions in other vehicle before and by far, BestBuy was the easiest to work and offered the best warranty and best value for what I needed! Would recommend them to anyone!

I was apprehensive at first to buy something like a tranny out of state. These people put me at ease with a high quality remanufactured transmission. After researching replacement transmissions, I chose Best Buy Transmissions based on no charge delivery and warranty. Transmission was delivered and installed by my mechanic that same day. My core was shipped out the following day. I immediately noticed a smoother running engine and an improvement in gas mileage. I guess my old transmission was having some internal problems before it finally gave up. I have had no issues with the transmission itself, just a short I am trying to track down that will sometimes cause a fuse to blow that controls the TCM. Transmission was installed in a 2005 Suburban with a 5.3 engine. I have been very happy with the transmission from Best BuyTransmissions.
