I bought a GM Transmission for a Buick Rendezvous 2003. I'm more than satisfied with the service of this company. They succeeded in all my expectations. I recommend this company, 100% trustable.

Purchased a replacement transmission 2 years ago through Best buy. I have waited to write a review until I've been able to give the replacement a workout. I installed it myself, at a lower price and better warranty than if I were to purchase one from the dealer. We have also towed our camper, which is at the upper end of the towing limit for my truck, on 2 decently long trips with no incident. If I ever need another transmission, Best buy transmissions will be my first stop.

We highly recommend BestBuy Transmissions! We ordered our transmission online through their online ordering system, it was delivered as agreed to our mechanic and the mechanic returned the core. The price of the transmission included all delivery and return fees. We have had this transmission for close to two months now with no issues. BestBuy Transmissions has a seamless operation with great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the best.

Our company has purchased at least five units from Best Buy Transmissions and they have all performed flawlessly.
Packaging and appearance, as well as arranging for core return, is great.
Just make sure the cooler and lines are flushed thoroughly or replaced, codes are dealt with, external grounds are in place, and the proper fluid is used and you will not have any issues. Highly recommend.

I needed a 4L60E transmission for my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 ton pickup. I did some research online and determined that Best Buy Transmission had the best warranty of 5 years or 100,000 miles. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon and they had the transmission to my shop for installation the next afternoon. This was extremely fast delivery. My shop installed the transmission and it has operated great. Return of the core was very easy also. 5 stars from me

The purchase of my 6L80E for my 2012 Yukon Denali was seamless. The guys from sales to tech support answered all of my questions and responded to every call and email promptly. I let all of my friends know that these are the guys to call if in the unfortunate event of transmission problems. The local transmission shops in my area couldn't touch the pricing or the warranty. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I just purchased a re-manufactured E40D transmission for my 1997 Motor-home. It arrived within a week and was VERY well packaged. I swapped out the core and installed my new unit. It has work flawlessly for 800 miles so far. The price was GREAT, and the customer service was Tops!!

Hope this help's in decision making. I'm a 64 yr old man, do most of my own work, replaced my motor Jan 2018 by myself ok. Had my tranny rebuilt less than 2yrs ago for $2600.00, lasted 80,000 mi, lost 3rd and 4th (it's an automatic 460E 4X4) for you people in the know. 2005 GMC with over 560,000 miles on it. I use it for escorting oversize loads... lot of miles. Got the BB transmission delivered to my home in 3 days, the core picked up in 2 days.
I've already logged over 3,000 miles on it, in a month, no leaks, no problems, no codes! I've had 2 calls from their team because of a concern witch turned out to be nothing.
