We needed to get out of our time share. I tried working with the Villa Group with no resolve.
I contacted the Wesley Group, received their packet and reviewed. I didn't act immediately because I thought we'd join Interval and use our timeshare that way. We did join and was only able to use it once, this was due to the unavailablity of rentals that fit my needs.
So sadly after a lot of money spent we still had no where to go. I contacted the Wesley Group again and started the process to cancel.
They were very easy to work with and calmed my nerves when I was overwhelmed. I'd recommend this company to anyone wanting to get out an used and very expensive timeshare. God bless!

I will admit, it took a bit of courage to reach out and talk to someone about getting out of my timeshares, but once I received the information from Wesley Financial and talked to a live person about the details, I never looked back. First I had a timeshare I purchased in 2004. It was paid off and I was up to date with my maintenance fee. I contacted them after doing some research and my experience was better than I expected. I have been contacted by exit companies and I always felt they were sketchy and I felt pressured to make decisions on the spot. With Wesley they never cold called me and when I called they didn't pressure me at all.

They were extremely friendly and patient while asking questions and understanding my situation. They were thorough, professional and transparent. I know people say don't pay because you can do it on your own but if it was that easy we wouldn't be seeking help. So yes, I paid for this service ONLY because of their money back guarantee clause that they went over with me a few times because I had questions and was looking for any pitfalls lol. If they can't get the results they stated within a certain timeframe you can request your money back. Also when I did the math and calculated my yearly maintenance fees over the next 30 years, it was way more than what I had to pay.

It took a few months of contacting my timeshare with their guidance and advice and I was able to get them to buy back my timeshare. My timeshare sent over the document. I signed with a virtual notary. I am currently waiting for the letter from the title company confirming the changes were made. I can say I am extremely happy I no longer have to deal with maintenance fees.

The team was extremely knowledgeable and communicated regularly. In my opinion, it was money well spent for peace of mind.

We had explored other options (businesses)for cancelling our timeshare in the past but were hesitant about scams and false promises. We finally decided to give Wesley a chance. We were stuck in a Timeshare with Bluegreen. It seemed like a good deal in the beginning. Each year the annual dues increased from the initial $400 to over $1500 and was now a burden. I saw a Wesleyfinancial ad and contacted them. They were very upfront about the situation and felt we had a reasonable opportunity to cancel. Wesleyfinancial crafted a strongly worded letter and shortly thereafter I contacted Bluegreen via telephone to discuss cancellation with them. I weighed the price of Wesley’s expertise and service bs what I would continue to pay annually and even though it was a bit pricey, in the end it would pay for itself in cancelled annual fees. Bluegreen ended up offering me a buyout of my timeshare for a little less than 1.5 years dues. This is something they did not offer with my previous attempts to cancel. I accepted the offer. I am free of the timeshare. Mistakes in life can be expensive, but thanks to Wesley Financial it is no longer an expense.

Wesley took the time to help walk me through the timeshare cancellation/transition process. Tomika Reese was helpful. I am still waiting to hear from my timeshare as to total cancellation. Time will tell but wanted to acknowledge Tomika as helpful.

This group was so understanding of what being stuck in a time share is like. Extremely knowledgeable about the time share itself, thus allowing a way to navigate getting out of the time share. I was very skeptical about this company and lumped them in with all the others, as most of them are just out to make more money of your misfortune.
I did a bunch of research and After verifying all their clams and even talking to one of the VP’s, I was willing to give them a try.
Much to my surprise, these folks were ON IT!
After giving them the details on my timeshare, they started to immediately make moves to get rid of this thing and release me of all the responsibilities.

Me & my wife sought out Wesley to help us cancel our Timeshare with Worldmark by Wyndham (Travel & Leisure). Yes we got suckered into purchasing a Timeshare in Las Vegas. After some months paying Wyndham we noticed they started double charging us and it was a huge inconvenience on our part leading us to having to be late on some bills. Wesley Financial did their part in not only communicating with us and keeping us updated month to month, they also made us feel comfortable in trusting them to get the process done.
