The process was very quick. Joseph Baron and the other representatives that I worked with were very professional and great and following up and providing updates regarding status of process. The cost of the services is less than my lifetime of maintenance fees that I would have had to pay for something that was not useful

We had owned a time share for a few decades, and their programs kept morphing as well as the maintenance fees that were going up and up. Wesley helped us cancel the program we had, and we are very thankful to not be weighted down/tied to the time share. Each person from Wesley was understanding and helpful, and Kim G. (our resolution specialist), was great at keeping things moving. We are feeling relieved and grateful.

Wesley Financial did exactly what they said they would do. From beginning to end it took about three months for Wesley Financial to get us released from our contract that we had been a part of for over twenty years. After us supplying all the pertinent information to Wesley, they formulated the perfect letter to send to our timeshare. A few days later the timeshare sent us a letter agreeing to release us from our contract. Something we had been trying to do for about ten years! Within a few days of the initial contact, we had signed documents completely releasing us from our contract.
Everyone we dealt with was kind, understanding, and knew how to handle the specific timeshare we were dealing with. It was an easy and quick transaction. We wish we would have contacted Wesley Financial years ago!

We worked with Wesley for over a year with absolutely no movement what so ever. When an option of resale came up, they wouldn't even consider that option. And I struggled with that response. We just wanted to get out from under the timeshare burden. Well, come to find out if a timeshare is sold to a second party, and not retained back by the original timeshare co. ( ours was Hilton Grand Vacations) if the 2nd owner reaches out to Wesley to get rid of their timeshare... Wesley can't help them. They can only help original deed owners. So they are not looking out for your or my best interest, they are hoping to get another customer down the road... by getting timeshare company to take it's own timeshare back for free and reselling it as an original deed owner. ( hope I'm making sense) This is as big a scam as the timeshare companies themselves.
So I did research on my own and found a company that would sell my timeshare. We basically gave it away cause all we wanted was to get out from underneath it, which was made clear to Wesley!! It sold almost immediately, and a nice surprise was they got our 2026 hoa dues reimbursed to us... something we didn't even ask for! I called Wesley to tell them it was sold, and ask for a portion of our money back. I thought it was fair as they did work ( kind of) for a year. Now...if they would have exhausted all options to get rid of it for me, I would not have expected that, but because on more than 1 occassion, when I asked about selling it, Wesley immediately poo poo'ed it and wouldn't even entertain that option. After i sold our timeshare, I talked to a few different people in the company asking for a partial refund ( half, which for what they actually did was very generous) one of the reps...which I know totally agreed with me, tho he of course wouldn't outright say that. Anyway needless to say they refused to refund me anything because they said I broke the contract by going outside of them and not waiting the full 36 months of the contract, ( which would have meant 2 more years of paying HGV the HOA dues) even tho they... wouldn't even explore any options other then us sending emails to, I don't know how many different email address, with absolutely no responses from HGV.
And for the record, they really don't do anything. They formulate an email and give you the email address and you actually copy it and send it. They also gave us a couple phone numbers that no one manages or calls people back!! All of which you can do yourself and get no responses with out paying Wesley $6500.00 for nothing!!! DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!! Save your money and do it yourself. It's cheaper to basically give it away then the frustration of using Wesley.

We are unable to travel and couldn’t use our timeshare any longer. However, we still had to pay maintenance fees which were getting very expensive. We contacted Wesley and contacted with them to help us. They kept us informed along the way and just this week they called and told us of their success. We are now free! Thank you!

I was apprehensive at first, knowing that I would be the one making contacts, writing letters, etc. But Lavonne Bower was the greatest at coaching, answering questions and stepping me through the whole process. She always returned my calls and answered my emails. I thought the cost was a little high, but when I think about the continuously rising maintenance fees, I'm still much better off

We had connected with WFG to help with one of our timeshares with Westgate. We worked well with Julie Harrison during the process. Our process took time but Julie kept us updated often to let us know what was going on. She was very helpful each time we spoke to her. She called to give us encouragement when it seemed to just take so much time. We were VERY pleased with Julie & how she handled the process - we would say a 10+ out of a 10 rating!
