Our representative Julie was awesome. She kept us in the communication loop at all times and worked to get the best possible outcome. Julie also let us know she is available for any follow-up questions regarding timeshares, documents, credit scores, etc. It is a sustainable relationship that we've built over these past several months and that made us feel comfortable with the process, Wesley Financial, and with Julie.

they will word salad you with retention closers. I understand they have helped many but for others that want to not use them they will hound you to death to pay for full contract even if they did not do anymore work & ruin your credit for not paying remaining contract! NO talking story BS, just e-mail me Letter of cancellation! I have replied to your letter of cancellation! Instructing your company of terms! Email me if you argree!

I honestly don’t believe that I would be out of my timeshare if it weren’t for Wesley Financial group. Dylan and Alex always had our back from day one to help get us out of our timeshare nightmare. They were very helpful and checked often to move us forward. Omg they’re a god send. I got scammed into purchasing a time share thru Sapphire and it was a total nightmare. They promised us things and never followed thru. They gave us rates that were not valid. Even going thru it with there representatives over the phone still could not give us the rates that they had promised us. Only to be told ohhh well you still gotta pay. Worst mistake I ever made. But Westley Financial resolved all my problems and it was an easy transition. I couldn’t be more happier

After several years of not using our timeshare and finding no resale option listed as available (which we later found was incorrect, but hidden and not readily available unless you knew about it), we reached out to Wesley Financial Group. They were clear, concise, and friendly but upfront about the process, timing, and costs involved. We found our team to be diligent and excellent communicators, staying in contact regularly and responding to emails promptly (usually less than one day). They were extremely professional and invested in our success. Luckily we just confirmed the termination of our timeshare contact and are completely satisfied that the Wesley Financial Group did exactly what they said they could and more than met our expectations.

Jake at Westley Finance kept us updated on the progress with the exit of our contracts our timeshare. We highly recommend this company. We have no complaints at all. We thank them so much for getting us out of one of the biggest mistakes we ever made in our life.

Charged an exorbitant Price for the to send you copy and past complaint to BBB and a letter to timeshare asking for cancellation. They Did a high pressure sales from the start just like the timeshare by offering discounts that had to be acted on the spot not giving you time to review the agreement. The Slick Willy that I talked to said it had to be done while I was on the phone with him. It's extremely interesting that Wesley Financial isn't even listed with the BBB.

It was great experienced when Wesley Financial group helped me get rid of my timeshare in 8months and also Jada Harris always updating me to the cancellation process.I feel good now no worries at all.
