The Newton Group Rep was very professional and help my wife and I exit out time share. Should have done it sooner. We would get all kinds of adds to exit the time share but this looked the best. Glad we did it

Newton Group quickly organized multiple timeshares and engaged the attorneys within days. The attorneys were efficient and were successful in relieving us of multiple timeshares and returning the ownership to the organization from which it was purchased. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Don’t give them any money. They basically presented 2 options let them try to sell it or don’t pay your resort and hope they eventually take it back..both options can take years and you don’t need to pay someone thousands of dollars when you can do that on your own. Total scam. Feels a lot like when you get pressured into buying a timeshare. Now they are gonna respond with the same bs reply as all the other negative comments.

I looked at several companies and what I found about Newton is they had all of the components to litigate my case to remove my timeshare. There was no promises or hype about resolving my issue. Very pleased with Newton Group/DC Capital in the timely dissolution of my timeshare. The timeshare was always increasing costs, and they tell you they have a secondary market that is always ready to buy you out, Not. The time it took to completely extricate me from the time share was 2 or 3 months.
Within 6 months the timeshare was affecting our credit scores, so I got back in touch with Newton/DC Capital attys, my contact atty was here in Michigan, I spoke to her on a Thursday before a long holiday weekend. She sent them a letter demanding correction and in about 3 weeks our credit was restored with no hint of the timeshare anywhere!!

Newton group listened to my concerns and quickly cancelled my timeshare. They saw my ridiculous high maintenance fees that were delinquent and brokered a deal with the property owner. The Newton Group is incredibly organized and clear with instructions on how to resolve our HGVC ownership. From the first call, the representative was very clear and exact as to what was needed from us and what the next and all steps would be. They scheduled discussions with The Newton Group attorneys who explained the process. We were very pleased to find that in less than 60 days our transaction was complete and we were no longer owners of a timeshare we no longer wanted or needed.

Newton Group delivered exactly what they promised, and in fact a bit quicker than the "typical" timeline they had projected. Don't get me wrong, it is still a bit of a nerve-wracking process as you have to pay in full up front and then things go into a sort of a black hole - you basically have to wait till they complete the transaction. I strongly urged them to be a bit more proactive about sharing updates along the way - where in the process the case is - and they have taken the feedback. Other than that lack of visibility, in the end, looking back, the process played out exactly as they had laid out in the initial sales call. Which is extremely refreshing in this space that is full of rather unscrupulous actors. I had engaged with one other exit company before I found Newton Group in the last minute and I switched based on their BBB A+ rating. I am glad I did that! They don't overpromise (which can be challenging if you're already skeptical because you've been burnt before and you're looking for that guarantee). They also don't pressure you into committing like one of the other exit companies tried to do (awful experience). There was a lot of advice out there about "never work with an exit company that takes all the $ up front" and so it was not an easy decision but Newton Group lived up to their word, as they seem to have done with many other clients. Finally, I see in some other reviews that people have had difficulty getting response from them - definitely not the case for me, I have proactively contacted them several times and each time I get a call and/or email back fairly promptly. And everyone was very nice and courteous. I will be recommending them to my friends who are also looking to exit.

I researched time share companies and decided the newton group was for me. From the first phone call they were very professional I was assigned a contact person who helped me through the process I was told this would be a lengthy process and it was 10-12 months. Someone was always available for my questions and all were respectfully and timely answered. Holly Ostertsg was so helpful. I am happy to say my timeshare is no longer my own. looked around for a reputable business to help me get out of our Timeshare and found the Newton group. They assigned me a person who kept in touch with me through the whole process. She was great. Just be aware that this is not a fast process depending on your Timeshare company. The Newton Group cannot control that. I recommend the Newton Group. I don't recommend that anyone buy a Timeshare.
