Customer service sorted my problems out for me in a professional manner

OVER PROMISING …..UNDER DELIVERING ….BUYER BEWARE
I recently purchased a Scooter from this company for my forthcoming holiday .I specifically bought this one due to it been only 16KG , ideal for Cruising and Flights .Due to me not going out much and a Family bereavement , its only been used twice and the Manual was only skimmed over when i got it .Only noticed last week that the Manual States its 18KG EXC. Batteries .I got intouch with WELZO only to be told that the Manual is CORRECT ????Thats NOT what i bought ?….Upon further examination of the Manual and Website , i found further discrepensies ie Dimensions , Speed etc and looking on ICAN Website - the Manufacturer , its also considerably Cheaper .Also they cannot decide what warranty it has with it 12 months or 60 months as it states in two places on there Website- i have photos to prove all of this . All i get from WELZO is “we will look into it “ .Your Customer Service is outstandingly ……POOR and i firmly believe you have sent me the wrong product .Yesterday i told them i was going to TRADING STANDARDS and doing a TRUSTPILOT Review ….Their response “ if you want to return it , do XYZ “ - I just want what i paid for with the CORRECT Paperwork - is that so wrong of me ? Why should i have to mess around returning something when this IS YOUR MISTAKE ?

Look, I genuinely like the NMN. I’ve hit 50, and at this stage of life, I’m just trying to take whatever helps keep the wheels on and stops bits from falling off. The product itself genuinely agrees with me.
The issue is basic arithmetic. The bottle claims there are 60 capsules inside, but more often than not, it mysteriously runs dry days ahead of schedule. When you're trying to keep a strict daily routine, unexpectedly coming up short is infuriating.
When I reached out to customer service about this, their stellar advice was that I should have reported it right when I opened the tub. Because naturally, the first thing anyone does upon opening a sealed supplement is tip 60 tiny capsules onto the kitchen counter like an illicit dealer to conduct a meticulous headcount.
To make amends, I was handed a dazzling 5% discount code. Truly breathtaking generosity—especially given Welzo practically throws that same 5% code at you if you leave an item sitting in your online basket for five minutes. Customer service definitely has plenty of room for improvement.
On top of the pill lottery, finding clear, accessible third-party lab testing and batch certification feels like a proper treasure hunt. If you're selling longevity and wellness, having independent certificates front and centre shouldn't be too much to ask.
Decent product that actually works, but sorting out the quality control on the pill counts, showing third-party certificates, and offering customer support that doesn't expect customers to moonlight as warehouse auditors would easily turn this into a five-star brand.

Following my review, Welzo’s senior support team (Emily) reached out, issued a full refund, and handled the matter with genuine courtesy. They also politely asked if I’d consider removing the review altogether. 

I won't be deleting it, because genuine reviews exist to help other buyers,and honestly, showing that a business actually fixes things when a customer isn't happy is valuable feedback in itself. Full credit to them for sorting it out without further fuss. The capsule count and testing visibility still warrant attention, but customer care stepped up and did the right thing in the end.

I’ve bumped the rating to 4 stars to give credit where it’s due for sorting the refund promptly, but that final fifth star stays firmly locked away until there is proper, transparent third-party testing. When you’re knocking back daily supplements to stop the biological wheels from falling off, "trust me, mate" isn't quite the gold standard of verification you want to rely on. Put independent batch testing and certificates of analysis front and centre on the website, and you’ll easily earn that full five-star clean sweep.

Researched various sellers for mobility scooters over a period of time for my wife.I came across the Welzo site to discover a mobility scooter which appeared exactly what we were looking to purchase.The main reason for purchase was weight ie 14 kilos, price and the delivery was prompt.Happy with purchase.

Have contacted the company on a number of occasions about a product I had received which was not fit to use finally got a reply back to only then be ignored chased up again after two weeks to discuss the outcome and the resolution to no response. Such a shame as I really like the products but was just unfortunate I got a faulty product I couldn’t use..

when trying to return something it's a nightmare only way to contact them is by Bot and it just takes you round in circles all phone numbers go to auto which tells you to go on website only to get bot again they dont reply to emails for days on end and most of that redirects you back to website bots again i would never recommend this company

I am absolutely horrified by my first AND LAST experience buying from Welzo. I ordered an item (Order #236535) and paid full retail price, expecting a brand-new, pristine product as advertised.
When I raised a complaint, customer support stated quite clearly in their response that they never send out second-hand items. However, the physical evidence I have is completely to the contrary and proves it has been passed around and used before.
Upon delivery, I found a warehouse quality control sticker prominently displayed on the box stating: "Separate from other orders minor defects". Worse still, there were five other shipping labels on this box, showing it has obviously been banded around to various different customers and returned. Upon inspecting the item, I discovered it was in a damaged and unhygienic condition. I have taken clear photos of hair left on the item and severe snags in the material, proving beyond doubt that this is a heavily used, repeatedly rejected item.
Welzo knowingly dispatched a damaged, second-hand product and charged me full price for it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and as described—sending a multi-returned, snagged item is a severe breach of consumer rights.
I contacted customer support on 15th October and followed up on the 16th, but I have been completely ignored for nearly a week. Selling damaged, filthy items at full price, denying it in writing, and then abandoning customer support is disgraceful. I am uploading my photos of the past labels, hair, and snags directly to this review and initiating an immediate bank chargeback. Avoid this company at all costs.

As this seller has ignored my complaint, has not offered to replace the used defected item then I will be making a claim through my bank for a full refund -

Buyers please do consider shopping with an alternative company unless you like paying full price for a used filthy product that has faults
