Have had a few phone calls from you and a visit with a chair to try first call was a young lady who was very polite helpful and informative after speaking to her I was sold her colleague came with a chair iwas impressed with it although I couldn’t really afford it he explained I could do hire purchase but I refused explaining i don’t buy unless I have the money but if I could pay in 3 payments I could afford it he was very helpful and said if I paid on delivery it was acceptable so I paid the first £500 and he completely did his job with measurements and explained everything to me along with the young lady was very helpful I couldn’t have been more satisfied since then i have had various phone calls with updates have paid the second £500 and the chair is being delivered between 11 30 and 12 30 when I will pay the balance I could have had an earlier delivery but I explained I wouldn’t have my pension then so you kindly made another day thank you all very much for your kindness and understanding I would definitely recommend you to anyone

I guess it,s my fault but the chair is totally unsuitable for me. My Nurse said I will end up with a bad back.

I would highly recommend Muick Sandy. I was looking for a light weight mobility scooter for myself & it had to be easy to fold, easy to lift & easy to fit in my car boot. Matt the consultant came to talk through what I needed & was extremely helpful & explained everything to myself & my husband. A few days later 2 very helpful men come with my scooter & made sure it was what I needed showed us how it worked & nothing was too much trouble for them. All in all a very good experience.

We gave our experience five stars, the reason being after I made the phone call, we were given an appointment for that afternoon.
We knew exactly what we wanted a light weight scooter that we were able to fold up and use on a bus.
Both men that we dealt with from the demonstration to receiving the bike two days later were very helpful and not pushy so we didn’t feel obliged in any way to buy
