Upgrade of package to 500Mbps, was billed on 4th June. Achieved after about 10 contacts and 11 days.
No answer from renewals team 9th June
nor customer services 10th June
Prompt response after email to finance-inbox.
About 6 contacts with Ziyanda who repeatedly asked about details that were explained in my initial email, and who said our ‘speed was good’ like there wasn’t a problem.
Speed was then upgraded within hours of referring to next stage.

I have had a problem with my internet connection and was lucky enough to be connected to Andrew Nene who was so very helpful and patient with me, I really don't always fully understand technology, well done my internet is now working, thank you

Simon & Ethan were very courteous and polite at all times….
They were here to Speed Check the Fibre Optics and make sure it was as installed, all correctly. I am suffering from loss of broadband connectivity.
The loss of speed from 900Mbps to 720Mbps looks to be normal.
Once you measure the broadband speeds when it leaves the WiFi Router, you are going to see a drop of 20% or more. It would appear this is quite common and Voneus, do not inform anyone about this.
They say they Guarantee 720Mbps on a 900Mbps system.
They could just tell everyone that if you need 900Mbps…. Then have your whole house hard wired so you can plug everything into the internet directly. The cost of Hardwired may be around £10k plus.

Excellent Customer Service
Spoke to a chap called Sambulo who couldn't have been more helpful. Fixed my speeds within 15 minutes. Which was incredibly important because I had an interview in 30 minutes. Phew!!

Great service from the start with Liam…
Great service from the start with Liam sales, the office staff to the instalation with Matty and Owen, everyone has been so accommodating putting the customer first. The setup was straight forward, we thought as we did in previous setups over the years oh no whats going to go wrong again,especially as experienced with other companies no Internet! when all was sorted, with Voneus it was the best ever and the speeds are amazing, if your thinking about swapping broadband please choose this company you won't be dissapointed! Thank you Guys.

Broadband fibre optic repair
We had a car collide with the telegraph pole outside our house, breaking the pole. Openreach quickly came to remove it, cutting off our broadband in the process. I called Voneus and spoke to Nonhle who was very helpful in getting an engineer booked in for the next day (when Openreach had said they would replace the pole) to reconnect us. She checked back regularly to see how things were going and needless to say Openreach didn't come back and have still not replaced the pole 3 days later. However, a Voneus engineer visited anyway and was able to make a temporary repair with the cable on the ground to get us connected again! Great customer service and so much easier than dealing with BT which has always been painful.

Extremely aggressive sales tactics
I haven't purchased broadband with Voneus so I can't speak for the quality of their service. However I really don't appreciate their extremely aggressive sales tactic.
Of literally coming to my house and ringing me because I have enter my details to find out they're prices.
No other providers does this, and the only reason they do this is because there aren't other fibre providers in the area.

The young lady, Kylie, I spoke to was very helpful and most patient with my situation.
It was lovely to have someone on the other end of the phone to talk me through the directions.
