Just before installation ( after waiting a month) cuckoo said with no notice or explanation they could no longer give me wifi. They said they would call back to explain why but have failed to do so! Its frustrating to wait a month for wifi to be told 2 days before via email with no explanation that the contract had been cancelled. No follow up, just left in the dark.

Great Customer Service when problems arise.
This review relates to my experience with Cuckoo Broadband resolving one specific issue. I have reviewed Cuckoo previously in Trust Pilot reporting on my overall experience with them.
The problem was basically I was experiencing brief connectivity drop out multiple times a day and typically getting about 66% of the 900 Mbps speed I had been getting. I wondered about rating my experience as 4-star rather than 5-star because the cause of the problem was never definitively diagnosed, and only now, nearly a month after the problem initially arose, am I experiencing full normality.
I have given a 5-star review for 2 reasons: I am suspicious that the problem relates to a firmware upgrade of the nodes in my Eeros mesh - something that Cuckoo can't be held directly responsible for, and secondly, the tenacity that Emrah, the Customer Service Agent assigned to assist me, has been truly remarkable. He has refused to close the support request until I am fully satisfied that the issue is resolved. It is rare to get this level of care.
Keep saying there gonna turn it off
I said I can't pay this month till Tuesday, I told them on Thursday/Friday, since iv had numerous messages telling me to pay it or it's going off. Not happy in slightest about this

After the initial installation of my Internet things didn't go as simple as planned I had problems getting the Internet , I was very disappointed and thought maybe I did the wrong thing changing suppliers but customer service team went above and beyond to help and were right with me all the way . There were 3 people 2 men and a lady involved i feel bad I can't remember there names .
I'd like to thank those guys for keeping me together until everything was ready I just hope there is a record of the team I spoke to so I can say thank you .

I was asleep this morning and they were already here and the lads this morning were incredible too from City fibre.
