Yolanda helped me with a technical problem (on my side). She was very professional and helpful.
It did take around 10 mins to be connected though.
Security check
Nomzamo provided a friendly, prompt and efficient service. All security checks were carried out in a timely manner which was very reassuring in a stressful situation.
Pearl is great!
Customer Service Agent Pearl Tom was excellent in resolving my issues swiftly and successfully, even calling me back twice when my rubbish rural 4G call dropped off. The only shame is the general Voneus communications when there is an outage - Pearl gets 5 stars, Voneus generally 4 stars
We had bad and good experience
We had bad and good experience. The poor experience was that the outage took over two days to fix. This meant no internet or phone ability as signal is poor. The overall line is pretty poor to be honest. However the customer service is normally pretty good. Sambulo was great today fixing everything. Very knowledgeable, polite and told us what he was doing and how long it was going to take. Overall excellent customer service shame the actual line is always sub standard.
Buffeting
I was having a massive amount of problems in watching TV through the broadband system. A great thanks to Andrew who gave me the guidance to correct fault.I would give him 11 out of 10 for guidance and patience.
Help desk
Great tec support from Mercy Gasa today. None of the usual 'check your pc is switched on' crib sheet nonsense that other companies tec support go through, and no need to 'escalate to a higher tier tec support'
Mercy was able to correct the issue remotely: patiently explained in non jargon terms, polite and friendly. Mercy is a credit to Voneus customer support.
Voneus query resolved
Not only did Mandisi explain everything he was doing, if he left me for a while he came back so that I didn't think I'd been forgotten.
Another service out
Another service out. Reported 8am when they opened. Promised a call back from Ashley. Didn't get one. Emailed to say arrive restored this on - it is not.
Back to 'customer service' tomorrow at 8am. Oh, and you have to wait, every time you call for irrelevant messages b fore you can be put though - min 7 mins delay even once you know to press 2
Internet failure...Red light on router.
My Internet failed at 8.15 in the evening and because the help desk closes at 8 I was unable to report my issue until today. My first call was erroneous in that I was told it was known issue and engineers were working on it. With no further news and nothing on the Web site I called again. This time a very helpful polite and professional Customer Services Agent named Nokwanda answered my call. In spite of my frustrations she was very calm and gave me confidence that she would get my problem fixed. She sent me an email with suggestions to follow. I carried these out and, bingo, i was back online.
Talking to a human - yee ha!
Mercy handled my call for help perfectly. She asked the relevant questions, listened to me and resolved the problem super quick. Cannot ask for better.

Phone line issue resolved
I had a problem with my Voice over Internet phone, resolved by Pearl who was helpful, polite and very patient!
Good service
Nompendulo sorted the problem out very quickly and was very pleasant to speak with.

Voneus Broadband Installation
Ethan and Simon were great, arrived on time sorted out the installation in around 30mins. Broadband seems to be working fine, speeds slightly exceeding those predicted. We were changing from 1 fibre supplier to another so most of the external cabling was reusable and we did not need any new holes through the wall of the house.

Mesh system mess up
Tried to set up a mesh system from my router, failed! Put everything back as it was, but lost my internet connection, tried to reboot but still had nothing.
Spoke to Sambulo, who worked with me, worked from his end, and finally it was all sorted.
To top it off, he emailed me information on setting up a mesh system.
Instead of being fobbed off, I received help and information which was beyond what I expected.

Got there eventually.
Got there eventually.
Upgrade of package to 500Mbps, was billed on 4th June. Achieved after about 10 contacts and 11 days.
No answer from renewals team 9th June
nor customer services 10th June
Prompt response after email to finance-inbox.
About 6 contacts with Ziyanda who repeatedly asked about details that were explained in my initial email, and who said our ‘speed was good’ like there wasn’t a problem.
Speed was then upgraded within hours of referring to next stage.

I have had a problem with my internet connection and was lucky enough to be connected to Andrew Nene who was so very helpful and patient with me, I really don't always fully understand technology, well done my internet is now working, thank you
