Extremely pleasant, polite, efficient & prompt fitters. So far, service us much more reliable & faster than previously. Just waiting for a booster for our lounge as there is a solid brick wall between that & the router...if that works then we will definitely give 5*!

The installers Reece and Tom were friendy and clean and tidy in their work. They explained what they were going to do, we discussed options for cable routings and agreed which way they would use and where to locate terminal blocks. Whole process only took 2hrs including use of cherry picker to string fibre cable over other cables. Overall good. BB speed jumped from 63 to 291Mbps.

Nothing was a problem she listened to me, then suggested a solution explained everything so I understood & even called me back. From a customer service perspective I can’t fault Pearl, she was very understanding and sympathised with what we were experiencing. Time will tell if the issues we are facing have been resolved.

Nonhle was very helpful. I had tried all the usual steps; disconnecting and reconnecting the OTP and router etc. to no avail. But Nonhle was able to resolve the issue and get our router working again very quickly.

Voneus broadband had been having problems in our postcode for two days. When that major fault was fixed my broadband did not recover.
I contacted the help line and, without much of a delay, managed to talk to a person. She did basic checks to no avail and promised to refer me to a 'Case Owner' who would ring me back. No call, so I rang again 4 hours later. Same message, so rang again at 16.30 as desperately needed to get connected.
One hour later, Nommy, the lady from the call centre called back to say she had fixed my problem herself. All is now working properly.
I am very grateful to her for taking that iniative. With all the extra work broadband operators must have because of the exceptional weather, it is nice to see everyone pitching in to help out.
