Lovely people, everyone kind considerate and totally helpful, with every aspect of purchasing a vehicle.
I had wants and NOT wants and everyone was fulfilled. Great explanation with test drive, what buttons do what, set my phone up, put my seat so I am comfortable, could not have asked for anything more.
Love the car.
Even sorted my loan, Natwest bank useless I didn't want to use a fiance company, but all good sorted in less than half an hour.
Totally NOT mechanically minded, so much appreciated. Excellent service definitely returning when the time comes. Oh and coffee ☕️ is good 👍 it's a 10++++++ from me.

Excellent service buying an EX30 at Volvo Exeter. George listened to what we wanted and provided all the information we needed without being overbearing. Test drive organised quickly. Handover was complicated by DVLA problems but George and the team put themselves out to get the car to us as soon as possible, including weekend working.

Just found out after taking apart my car to check the cabin filter that it hasn't been replaced in over 5 years and I had a service on July of the year before saying the cabin/pollen filter looked ok
Very disappointed and angered by this as I paid for a major service and didn't receive this.

A solid 5 star experience at Volvo Exeter - Friendly team and a great car. While the overall process was positive, I think a couple of areas like communication clarity could benefit from some fine tuning, the team want the best for you and i would happily recommend them.

A stress free experience at Volvo Exeter. All of the staff were brilliant; a particular thank you to George CleelandSmith, Taylor and Darren. There was no pressure just lots of information and advice. George spent several hours with me and then provided excellent backup care after I had purchased my car. I would recommend Vertu Exeter without reservation if you're looking for a new or used Volvo.

I like Volvo and this dealership treated my dad with respect and were very helpful when he was buying his new XC60. But he had problems with his parking sensors one of them was faulty they sorted this under warranty which was good of them 2 months before his warranty expired 2 more senses went wrong but he didn’t report it until after. I told him to let them know that it’s the same set of sensors on the rear. To let them know when they started playing up they didn’t want to hear it. Out of warranty means £££££. The tried to offer him £600+ billion for sorting two faulty sensors on the same wiring loom as the previous one that went faulty. Safe to say he won’t be renewing his car as a Volvo.custome service went downhill then.
