Visited dealers twice. On both occasions I spoke to Yoan who was pleasant and helpful - clarified car features and the care package when I did not understand. I looked at and sat in a couple of other cars to compare with my preferred choice. No pressure to do the deal at any point. When purchasing, Yoan showed me his check list as we ran through it then a last chat in the car going over sat nav and other controls before I drove away.

Purchased a new Mazda and dealt with Jamie Sommerfield at Vertu Hamilton. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, he got back to me when he said he would. The car is perfect and the chap that delivered it all the way from Hamilton to Lincolnshire was equally friendly and helpful. All in all a 5 Star service.

From start to finish l couldn't have asked for a better experience 💯🫶 l never had any idea what l was doing, so yes l was very nervous, William couldn't have been any more help to me and my daughter, every question we ask was explained beyond and more, he was available for every question asked, l always new what was going on from start to finish 💯, to be honest lm going through a lot in my personal life right now and after a massive stroke 8 years l am terrible with technology all technology! I never once felt misunderstood at any point, infact l was at ease from the beginning 🫶 so yes what an amazing experience from start to finish 👍 William also made it very clear if l have any questions at ALL or l need any help with the car to contact him without any hesitation.l also want to say they was a great atmosphere in the garage, all the staff are friendly and helpful😊

End to end buying "almost new" Mazda CX-60 from Vertu was very clear, comfortable and professionally backed process. I've got answers on all my questions from the first call on the ad, to the last moment of the collection of our new car. Price for the part exchange was reasonable for the deal and even if it's always less than everyone expects I believe the new owner of my loved CX-5 won't be disappointed buying it from Vertu.
Special thanks to Jamie. Everything was ready for us when we got to the dealership. Whole exchange-buying process was easy and very well organised.

The Vertu Mazda Sales Team in Hamilton provided an outstanding service to us after a foreign van wrote off our own car in a collision. We secured a great deal on a lovely pre-reg Mazda CX 30. Our Sales Exec Jamie S. was genuinely helpful talking us through the whole purchase on the phone while we were recovering at home. Nothing was too much trouble - personalised video round the car, all the info we needed and delivery to our door in rural Argyll - all within 3 days of contacting them! We are delighted with our new shiny red Mazda… and the new 6 year warranty… and the CX 30’s excellent Euro NCAP safety rating… We are grateful to Jamie, Frank and the others involved for “going the extra mile” and helping us out of a difficult situation. I’ve had two bad experiences with this dealership with a car under warranty.
Terrible service and awful attitude. When you start to complain they immediately get extremely defensive.
The pictures show error messages that showed up on the car. They charged me £80 and said there’s no fault. The car is literally telling me to get it checked 😂
Booked the car in previously and arrived only to be told after waiting 20 minutes that the car hadn’t actually been booked in and I’d need to come back another day, like it was a mild inconvenience.
