HELPFUL STAFF

The entire transaction was pretty seamless. Communications excellent. Sheeraz is a professional. I bought my car virtually - a custom video and all the guarantees are reassuring. The pick-up was easy and trouble free.

Had an issue with windscreen spray not…

Had an issue with windscreen spray not operating. Dave was great, he got service guys on the case in minutes and solved the issue (a blocked filter inside one of the hoses). Dave really knows his stuff on the EV6 and was able to answer a few more in depth questions about PCID and Autocharge and interface to mobile. Nothing was too much trouble- top guy!

An excellent dealership that treats its customers courteously and professionally. I recently upgraded my older Picanto to a brand new one, and was very impressed with Adil who dealt with this for me. Bought our EV3 in December. No regrets though some glitches.

We brought our KIA EV3 in December 2025.

Obviously the transition from Diesel Manual to fully electric was a huge jump especially for 75 year olds.

However the expected range had become acceptable for our changing needs and the price and PCP package were manageable; we are not used to buying such expensive vehicles but we were already convinced that we wanted to 'go green'.

We were fortunate to be put in the care of Samir Ali who gently and patiently took us all our concerns, and even brought an identical demonstrator to our house to introduce my wife to electric cars.

There are many confusing 'bells and whistles' on an EV, plus different ways of using controls and some new features and the digital display. Samir took us through those which we need to get us basically 'up and running'. He has promised to be available in the future to give us an overview and training on the more advanced features e.g. 'one-pedal driving', once we wish to venture into advanced driving.

First mishap yesterday: the car locked my wife out of the car just after she had parked on the side of the road in Pudsey. The KIA Roadside Rescue and the RAC backup (A bit high-tech and the BOT gave up and took me to a 'real person' dug us out') The real person analysed the problem over the phone and talked me through using the manual key which is vitally attached to the fob. The car was open in a jiffy but it was all a bit scary.
Samir told me afterward that I could have opened the car remotely even several miles away using the KIA app on my mobile phone. Well we may try that one day but it's a bit of a new high-tech world even for gadget-keen me!

But we love the car to bits! Some reviewers say that the software lets down KIAs reputation for excellent cars but the jury is out on that. Samir is saving us for the moment.

And of course the low fuel bills with a home charger are a new world.

Having someone patient, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile — literally bringing a demonstrator to your home — can make all the difference when stepping into a new driving world full of tech, digital displays and new features. It sounds like he’s given you a solid start and will continue to be a reassuring point of contact whenever you’re ready to explore more advanced features.
I completely understand how that locking incident must have felt — especially when it’s all still new. It’s good to know the assistance teams were able to help quickly, and Samir’s guidance on the app will hopefully give you extra peace of mind as you get more comfortable with everything. These small bumps can feel daunting at first, but they’re often the moments that help build confidence for the future.
Most importantly, it’s fantastic to hear how much you’re loving the car. The move to lower running costs and home charging really is a game‑changer, and your enthusiasm shines through.

A first EV Experience

This was my first EV purchase and from the outset the service was top class. Chris, Head of Sales, was great on the first engagement and Kacper was so helpful through the following purchase process including the vehicle handover. He couldn’t do enough and was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle.

They listened to our needs and took…

They listened to our needs and took into account our recent circumstances which was much appreciated. They found a car that appeared to fit us but when it arrived they rejected it because it had not had final service to keep the Warranty and was not very well cared for. The car they eventually found was in good condition, full service record therefore warranty intact. Throughout the process they kept us fully up to date. We cannot fault them in any way, unlike some other we had visited before hand.
