Jasmin was lovely we went out for a test drive she wasant pushy at all she let me make my own decision and that was easy.
When i picked the car up she had the time to show me how everthing worked.

I went to my local Vertu motors with an idea of the car that I wanted and they were able to get me the exact car, ahead of expected time, at a great price, and without any issues at all.

The service I received from Jack and Callum was excellent. Enthusiastically and knowledgeable, they took care in explaining my options and giving good advice.

Brought a great car and the dealership said that it would be advantageous to take out a 3 year warranty which I did. Turned out to be a SCAM. The warranty does not seem to cover anything. Broken key - not mechanical, no cover. As it is a Ford, do not have the technical equipment to deal with the fault, took it to Ford, not covered by Warranty. Mechanical problem, not covered by warranty. Maid me worder what is actually covered by the Warranty. Aftersales service appalling, disinterested at branch and head office. Unfortunately paid up front for warranty, so could not cancel. Standard reply from company - Do not use this company.

Fantastic service from beginning to end the deal was done over the phone and by email after a shocking experience from Vertu Motors Glasgow Ford which is either now closed down or going to be. I have dealt with Vertu Motors and previously Bristol Street Motors at least 6 times now and the lack of service and people in Glasgow lying I nearly went somewhere else. But after contacting Lewis Short in Banbury I knew they were going to get a deal done for me. The annoying thing is though i got £500 less in my part exchange even though I paid a £99 Reservation Fee with Glasgow and that offer ended the end of September but that was the Glasgow branch who badly let me down. Anyway back to Banbury Vertu The car i was wanting to get a video of had just came in so Lewis sent me the video and I had mentioned to him re Glasgow nightmare. He tried to get me the best deal and Mel was heavily involved, I also spoke to Mel he was also brilliant so between himself and Lewis a part exchange was agreed. They sorted everything out for me and the car was delivered to me yesterday and the part exchange driven back to them. Buy the best delivery guy i have met in my life never ever seen a delivery driver so happy and cheerful he was fantastic. So after nearly not going to bother using Vertu again and deciding to deal with Vertu Banbury i am over the moon i did can’t praise Lewis and Mel and the delivery guy enough. So faith now back with Vertu excluding Glasgow Ford. This is a genuine review if someone goes the extra mile as Banbury have i leave a positive review just as i would have left a truthful shocking review about Vertu Ford Glasgow

I cannot say enough about how well they looked after me. I was in search of a car for my daughter. Lewis helped me with the car that I liked. The manager Mel, was very friendly too. Staff on the reception are wonderful.
The car was delivered to my home address and it was cleaned inside and out, immaculately! They dealt with a few minor things I needed looking after on the car.
I would definitely go back again, should I be in need of another car.

Sales staff are polite and helpful and very knowledgeable car came up to my expectations after reading the spec on the car very accurate
