The service desk just happen to be the first people we meet but soon got us introduced to the very helpful people in sales. A week later we took delivery of our new CR-V. I can thoroughly recommend Boston Honda great people and great service.

I have to say the service I got from Charlotte the sales lady was very good. I even told her manager that she was great. However having the time for a closer look at the car I am very disappointed with the valet I had to point out on collection dirt around the rear armrests and when home I could see the car had not really been valeted I could have done better myself. Not all the bents and scratches have been done in fact I cannot see why we had to wait over a week for the car. But to be fair they did fit new tyres and did a service.

Sophia did a fantastic job. This is my first venture in to the All Electric world (an E:ny1... terrible name) and it hasn't disappointed. The charge times and range are all as explained. I got a great deal too as it was a very limited time offer.
I was looking at a smaller cheapie car just for commuting but this works for me on all levels.
All of the staff were super friendly, knowledgable and helpfull.
The dealership itself was warm welcoming and spotless.
Top Marks Boston and Sophia of course!

The level of proffesionalism and service from my initial telephone enquiry was first class. I was provided with good technical information and sound financial dialogue with no unneccesary sales pitch ot tactics.
I was very impressed with the sales Executive Charlote who handled the whole process swiftly and efficiently and also with the Branch Manger Lauren who oversaw the sale when I collected the vehicle from the showroom.

rofessional and made us feel at ease .
The main thing I noticed from other experiences I have had is they didn't pressure us into anything and let us completely decide what we wanted .
Extremely friendly and very reliable regarding appointments .
First time with electric and automatic so needed help with how to drive an automatic,very helpful and particularly Chris was really helpful and let us feel at ease if we needed any advice after we returned home with car as he has the same model .

Staff extremely polite, the car we liked, Charlotte was very knowledgeable for the job she was doing, she showed us around the car made us feel very comfortable and welcoming, no pressure to buy the car, After 2days we went to buy the car, and everything was finalised by Tom. I got a Honda Civic from Vertu Boston, It would have been great if the car was delivered to a vertu dealership close to me, but anyhow I travelled around 160 miles to go collect the car. Because that was turning out to be cheaper than home delivery cost I was quoted. Overall I am happy with the car. When I got the car I noticed a bit of paint was peeled off. Vertu Boston helped me to get that repaired free of cost. The car is bit on the expensive side than the market rate, but it does come with 2 year Honda warranty and breakdown cover, so peace of mind. I got the car on finance, the explanation for the finance terms could have been better though. But overall I am really happy with my experience. Sophia from the sales team was great and helpful.

From the first contact with Honda in Boston the staff were very courteous and helpful. The sales rep was Charlotte Daniel and she was so easy to deal with. She didn't pressure us at all, not like some sales reps. From start to finish the whole process was easy and we came away with our new car a Kia Sportage very satisfied. Would definitely recommend buying from them.
