Vertu have again excelled in their customer service.
This is the 7th car bought from Vertu. Alan Dicks was helpful, friendly and patient.
i was thinking about changing to an automatic car, i had a Duster and loved it, so i thought that i would have an automatic version of what i had. But i gave Alan an idea of what i was looking for. He showed us a Symbioz and it was everything that i needed.
Alan instructed me on how to use an automatic, he made sure i was happy with everything before letting me go on the road.
Now that i have been driving it, i know it is the one for me. Thank you Alan

Had an appointment booked for this morning between 11am and 12pm to discuss deals on new cars, made myself available as I am looking currently and received no call. I then received a call at 1750 to talk about a new car, so I explained I will not deal with an unreliable company. No apology given and instead had the cheek to send a text message with a video of a new car shortly afterwards. Absolute joke!

It was my first time buying a brand new car so I was a little uneasy weather I wanted to do it or not. From initial enquiries through to a test drive, ordering a new car and delivery yesterday of our new BIGSTER everything has been excellent. No dramas, no issues just high quality service. Everybody I spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable and just nice people. Whole experience was just perfect. Would recommend.

They are having a laugh, further to my review on Sunday. I have been sent a random appointment via text for my car to be booked in on 11/12/2025.
What you need to understand is the service manager caused me great distress and disrespect. I was told that I could bring my car in if it broke down - it did. I was then told they would not look at it until my appointment scheduled in Jan 2026! No courtesy car available as there is a waiting list that she could put me on. They only look at cars within 5 days if it is still under warranty- I told her, I was not told this, to which received no response.
AA would not tow me back again as it is one tow per breakdown so I had to pay £120 on the spot for them to tow me to a local garage who could accommodate. Then had to walk home from there and then onto car rental to get courtesy car total of 4.5 miles walking in wind and rain.
I have been totally let down by Vertu Renault Gloucester and still very upset 😢
Very flexible customer service, quick car delivery, clear communication, overall I am happy with Renault Gloucester, thank you
