He made everything easy and stressed free kept me informed and took the time to answer all my questions. The car was presented perfectly on collection day and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended both Nissan in Darlington if you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable Car buying experience.

Shocking service! Booked car in for service 6 weeks in advance, asked for courtesy car. Rang the week before to confirm courtesy car and what time will be best to drop the car off, turned up to no courtesy car, which had apparently never been booked. Done nothing to resolve this, leaving me with no car to get home, go to work and get my son from school. Due to this I asked them to deliver the car the following day as I had no way to collect it, was told the car would be delivered at 4. Car hasn’t even left the garage, leaving me again with no car.
And I’m now shocked to find video footage on my doorbell of the delivery driver and the sales advisor having a conversation about “driving at speed” and the other one being able to “keep up” meaning my car was used to race each other!!!

When l arranged getting the car through motability with your motability specialist Brian Dod, he took me out for a test drive and explained all l needed to know about the car, nothing was any trouble to him and he new everything l asked about the car. When l picked up the car Brian was off and l was sorry to miss him, l wish him well and thanks again.The young lady Charmaine, lm sure l won’t have spelled her name correctly, who was covering for Brian was very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, she set my phone up with everything to do with the car and explained everything l needed to know for a safe and pleasant journey home. I am extremely happy with the car and thank you all at Skoda

First time purchasing from vertu. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I told Emily exactly what I wanted and she made sure to source it perfectly even down to the colour in the shortest time possible. She kept communicating throughout and made everything very easy on my end. There was nearly a delay due to an issue with the transporter which was no fault of Emily and she worked tirelessly to sort it so there was no delay and I got my car on the original day which was fantastic. I was also helped by Lee when Emily was on her days off and he was fully up to speed on my order from Emily and there was no communication break down at all. Receiving a card and sweets aswel as an accessory pack for the new car was a lovely finishing touch from Emily and her personality alone makes you want to buy a car alone she is a wonderful girl and the whole experience was a pleasure. Will definitely be returning and would recommend vertu Darlington to anyone, you will not be disappointed

From the beginning I was welcomed very well and introduced to the person who would help my car buying. I asked her about pcp or hp, she explained very well. She then took me out in the car and I had a test drive. This made me know the car and decide on It. I then went ahead and got offered a pcp plan by the manager which was really good . I arrived on the day and Emily was very excited as I was , with a big smile making the experience even better. She ran me through all the features on the car and all my contracts. Emily herself I would highly recommend as she was very helpful and knowledgable whilst not being overhwhelming. Her customer service and service there was a 10/10. she deserves a pay rise. .overall a great experience . Thanks Emily.

I had the best experience buying my son’s first car. Leigh was the man that dealt with everything from start to finish. He made everything so hassle free and kept me updated while waiting on the car to be delivered. He comes highly recommended for the Vertu seat dealership in Darlington. In fact give this guy a promotion. So kind and knowledgeable. He’s my go to person when my own cars up for renewal. Thanks again Leigh.
