Excellent service, I contacted Vertu as I was looking for a very specific vehicle type, I was contacted almost immediately by my local Worcester Vertu branch who by chance had the exact car just come in. Salesman Andy Russell was excellent and sent me a video and photos of the vehicle and we arranged a viewing. After test driving I bought the vehicle and I absolutely love it. Andy was very friendly and answered any questions I had and made the process as easy as possible. Everyone at Worcester Vertu is welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Showroom was bright and airy with lots of cars with different specifications and colours to look at. Jordan was friendly, very attentive and helpful and easy to contact when needed. She kept us updated with any new bits of information and made sure she gave us all the time we needed to explain all details of the car, controls etc. One little thing that would have been the icing on the cake in how we remember Vertu would be maybe a small customer gift on handover like a bottle of champagne or some wine. We’ve had that before and it always creates a nice little memory with our new car :)

James was a superstar from start to finish on what was a very tigh timeline and helped me through every stage always going the extra mile and Mark who did the handover as it was James day off was also brilliant I cannot recommend enough also nearly 9k of the original Citreon list price for the same spec van if you are looking for a new van from an outstanding personable company please visit Vertu Citreon Worcester

After experiencing the so‑called “customer service of the future” with the bot‑driven EV giant — where I was forced to communicate through an app and left feeling stressed, unheard, and frustrated — I walked away from the sale entirely.
Having already sold my car, I needed an alternative quickly. I went to BYD Worcester, and the difference was night and day. Their customer service was exceptional. I genuinely felt valued.
Sharon, in particular, was outstanding. She exceeded every expectation, communicated clearly throughout, and somehow managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat to turn everything around in record time. Because of her, not only did we complete the purchase — we ended up buying two cars.
Final score: BYD Worcester 2 – 0 the EV giant.

Absolutely disgusting service, fobbed off, I purchased a car back in October only for the battery to not be sufficient for the car, cheap shit, as a result broke down twice, not starting , and all they could do was nothing. Do yourself a favour and buy from another dealer.

We recently purchased a car from BYD Worcester and overall had a very good experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
A special mention goes to Peter Brampton, who was excellent throughout. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us informed at every stage without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the handover straightforward and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend BYD Worcester to anyone considering an electric vehicle. Great customer service and a very positive buying experience.
