We have just purchased a car ie first…
We have just purchased a car ie first car for our son, from Ford vertu motors hartlepool, the lady who helped us along the way was sue mcglade, very professional, understanding and very patient. Sue made the process so easy. Our son Joe is very happy with his new car, so thankyou ford, and a special thankyou to sue.

Excellent customer service! Josh was a pleasure to deal with happy to let me walk away to make my decision. When collecting the car went through everything in detail and answered any questions I had.

Excellent all round service
From the moment I walked in the door to the time when I bought my new (preowned) car, the whole process was top class.
The staff were pleasant, helpful &knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble to them.
Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent service, friendly staff, no over selling or jargon, staff very knowledgeable about the products and management on hand to give that personalised buying experience. Nice coffee as well.
