Expensive maintenance
I have had the toothbrush for a few years and I find it does what I require. My concern is that the toothbrush heads + delivery are expensive. Once in I have no alternative but to pay what is charged.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace, I bought some replacement brushes but where wrong size so tried to send them back but it has to be Ireland so you have to pay for duty etc which cost a lot. tried to contact them but know reply. I’ll never use them again

Products are great. Toothbrushes are really good, robust, replacement heads are a reasonable cost.
Lots of products for whitening and protecting enamel and all provided by two women dentists - result!

Would definitely recommend Spotlight
I have had a spotlight toothbrush for 3 years. I order new toothbrush heads but the toothbrush itself is still going strong. Holds it's charge really well (3 weeks ish). I had Phillips sonic toothbushes before that and as soon as they were out of the 2 years warranty, within a few months they always died! I needed a flosser so given my experience with Spotlight toothbrushes I bought one of their flossers. It's brilliant. Simple to use, loads of water in the tank so you don't run out. If I were to find any fault, the cover that goes over the recharge port is attached by a really thin piece of rubber that I think could tear if you pulled it too hard. But I'll just be mindful of that when i recharge it.

Outstanding customer service
I have had a Spotlight toothbrush for a while and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately it developed a problem and I contacted them for advice. Quite honestly I was absolutely blown away by how helpful and thorough they were to get to the bottom of the problem. Absolutely exemplary customer service which was hugely appreciated.

The delivery was delayed, and the order was eventually returned without me receiving the product. This was extremely frustrating, especially as it was intended as a birthday present.
I expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Good toothpaste, bad design!
Toothpaste is fine, if expensive, but the new tube design is AWFUL. The nozzle size has been increased, which means that far too much toothpaste comes out. If I were a cynical person, I would suspect a ploy to make us use (and buy) more!
