Great first time experience. One of my favourites back in the day,

I ordered an expensive a high-end scent from PD, via Robert Dyas. I have been wearing this particular scent for decades and so did my father. Therefore I am fully aware of what this should smell like.
Regretabley this did not smell as I expected and furthermore, the scent only lasted around an hour, which is way below what I'm used and expecting.
We know this can happen. Many years ago something similar happend with an aftershave I bought in Selfridges and they offered me great support.
I called Robert Dyas who had difficulty in contacting PD's Customer Service on the phone whilst I was on hold. Robert Dyas suggested I try to contact PD directly myself. I felt encouraged after I viewed PD's website and read through their help section regarding this very subject (My fragrance doesn’t smell right?

I follwed the instructions, sent 2 emails, called several times and left messages but I have not had a response yet.
Very Disappointed...

Used perfume direct before. Loads cheaper than any other retailer, delivery was really quick so no waiting days to receive product.

I paid for express delivery for next day took 3or4 days to get to me I got a gift box for a 60 ml bottle of perfume the box look like a shoe box wasn’t happy at all didn’t get my express delivery what I paid for and didn’t use the gift box

Only thing against was the Packaging box? 3x width of perfume box and had a little bit of paper as a buffer. Wouldn’t have stopped it moving around much.

I bought a gift box style set of the Be Delicious perfume, and there's zero issues with it for a very good price. Came as expected, smells right, and arrived super fast too with just standard shipping. Would definitely recommend, will use in future.
