The customer service is really helpful and quick to respond!
I had an issue with the toothbrush not charging very well and would turn off with every use of the two minute toothbrush in setting and not come back on until it's charged....
I explained this with a video sent to them by email. I know it's happily willing to help with the situation with minimal details or backwards and forwards.
No, been sent a new and improved version which I'm grateful for. The toothbrush performs really well so I'm glad it could be saved.

So far so good
I’ve used the strips for 3 days so far, and I have to say, I’m impressed! A nice natural white. Confidence in my smile again. I also like the fact it’s not made with harsh ingredients like others are.

Teeth whitening powder
I’ve recently tried the teeth whitening powder from Spotlight Oral Care UK.
The product is easy enough to use and is a nice addition to my oral care routine, but I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the whiteness of my teeth yet. I think it may take more time and consistent use to see whether it makes a noticeable difference. Overall, it’s been an okay experience!

Sonic One it's a budget brush
I bought the Sonic One it's a budget brush with a concentric plug charger. I found it noisy and appeared a budget product. At almost half the price of the Sonic brush it's good value.

I really appreciated the brilliant customer service I received when I had an issue with my toothbrush. My issue was dealt with quickly in a friendly way and with exactly the outcome I hoped. I am very happy with how clean my teeth feel when I use this great toothbrush and highly recommend it!
