Highly recommended
I would definitely recommend this programme for women over 40 and/or women in perimenopause / menopause, who want to build strength or lose weight and keep strong and healthy.
I’ve been a member of Trinity Transformation for 13 months now - in that time I’ve lost 18kg and now stabilised my weight loss - all through the support of the programme and the excellent coaching team.
It took me a long time to actually sign up as I am a bit sceptical of anything online - but it is a genuine programme with great content, guidance, support and expertise, plus a active community of members who support each other.
I really like the workouts / strength training and during the weight loss I never felt I was starving myself or missing out on things I enjoyed. Now I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than I have in many years.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be - just go for it!
