Trinity Team provide brilliant guidance
The Trinity Team have been absolutely marvellous. Natasha, my coach gives great advice on diet and exercise on a regular proactive basis. Nothing is too much trouble. I am in my mid fifties, and weighed 9 stone at the outset, which doesn't sound a lot, but when you are only 5ft, makes you feel and look puffy. My aim is to reach 8 stone 2lbs within twelve to sixteen weeks, nothing too drastic. With Natasha's help, I have managed to curb my cravings for junk food with simple food swaps. I am a natural born couch potato, who hates exercise, yet am finding the workouts provided by Rob and his team easier to do than expected. You do have to put in the effort into the workouts about three times per week, but low impact fitness training is gentler and very effective on toning you up. I've only been on the programme, for just over 4 weeks now, and have lost 5lbs. It's a slow but steady approach. The Trinity Transformation Team cannot be more supportive. If you wish to join, be prepared that Yaz or one of the team will ask you lots of tough questions to make sure you are ready to commit to the programme. It was a bit daunting. However, they do this because they want you to succeed. For me, that first call was the hardest. But I am so glad I joined. It's early days yet, but I feel a lot better already. My main goal is to be healthier in both eating habits, and doing gentle exercise on a permanent basis. I will provide a further update in a few weeks' time to let you know the outcome.
