First time in my life that I am losing weight, getting fitter and feeling like I can actually reach my goal weight. I joined in September 24 and have lost over 7kg already. For me, that’s amazing. I want to lose 20kg more. This is despite a knee injury which hampered my workouts. The thing I like most about it is the response to feedback and coaching element. My coach Gaelle is really helpful and it feels like she’s cheering me on every step of the way. They have made some changes based on feedback, which make it easier to stay on track. The weekly videos, and group calls are good and the WhatsApp group is really supportive. Rob sets monthly challenges for those that want in, which add that extra layer of motivation and accountability. It’s transformed my snacking, and diet really. I can see cms going g and being replaces with a leaner, healthier body. I joined for a year- it is expensive but it’s an investment that is completely doable. The workouts are fairly simple, and can be adapted if you have certain injuries. There’s a big bank of extra workouts which include injury specific ones for shoulders, knees etc. there’s a strong psychological element, so it’s working on body and mind which is perfect for me. In the past I tried Noom, Slimming workd and going it alone. Because this programme has genuinely sorted out my snacking cravings, I can eat well without it being hard. It’s automatic rather than willpower. To me- this is has been the biggest transformation of all.
