Communication is excellent. Paperwork that is clear and understandable can be completed over the internet or if preferred, through the mail. Phone calls and emails are returned within a day. Very reassuring when trusting your hard earned money to someone in an industry that is infamous for being dishonest. It took 5 months before receiving official confirmation that our Mexican timeshare had been transferred out of our name. To be honest, periodic updates would have been appreciated but any time I got nervous and emailed an informative, courteous and personal response was in my inbox the next day. For me, the reassurance I received from prompt communication alone is more than enough reason to highly recommend Timeshare Specialists.

One thing Timeshare Specialists is NOT is inexpensive! I was shocked at the quote until I did the research and found out how valueless resale timeshare really are. I weighed the costs against year after year of escalating maintenance fees and periodic improvement fees. The relief of being done with my timeshare was worth every penny.

Timeshare Specialists recently sold two Marriott timeshares for us and did exactly what they said they would do, at the exact cost they quoted. No money up front...all fees at closing. Excellent follow through. They do what they promise!

Process was simple though it took a while to get verification from timeshare in Mexico that it had been sold. And I thought the fee was too high.

Sold our timeshare in a timely manner as promised at agreed upon price. N hassle, delivered upon their claim to rid us of this burden.

They were able to set me up with someone who could deal with half of the problem; however, Capital Vacation does not deal with a third party consequently, I had to deal with Capital Vacation myself and after considerable expense I am waiting to receive my surrender papers, which I assume, will cancel my contract with Capital Vacations. My advise to anyone who is approached by Capital Vacations is "not to walk away, but to run away as fast as you can".
