Needing help from the " timeshare industry ", to rid my elderly parents of their poor decisions, we contacted Timeshare Specialists. My elderly parents were easy prey over the years and had acquired over 20 weeks of vacation time and were paying "many fees" for all of the so called benefits of the concept of "owning something". As their health failed, my stepfather death, and pretty much running out of money, I managed to rid them of 17 weeks by deeding back and paying some additional fees to be free and clear. Remember, these so called assets, are willed to the estate.
Enter Timeshare Specialists. I had 3 weeks left from 2 different timeshare resorts that I couldn't get to work with me after calls and letters explaining our dilemma. They have the resources or contacts or whatever it is to get you out of this mess. Not the cheapest but they will get it done. Not as fast as I would want this done but "the machine ", as I would call it, doesnt want to let you go. I'm giving Timeshare Specialists a 5 star rating because the last 2 just would dodge me for years.
In closing, buyer beware. My elderly parents were at fault for buying something that could possibly be forever a burden to even grandchildren, but the selling tactics that my parents told me about are another story.

They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We checked on several agencies. Most would not guarantee the sale and the very few that would were at least twice as expensive. We had been looking to no longer own the timeshare we purchased years ago, and had done a great deal of research attempting to find a company that would do what it promised. After sifting through countless sites, speaking with said representatives, and carefully analyzing what it was that they were actually advertising, and they would ultimately charge, we happily found Resort Closings.

The initial interview was refreshing - there were honest answers to the many difficult questions we had learned to ask after interacting with so many other companies. Our timeframe was longer than was advertised, but that was because there were problems at the other end of the first transaction that had to be dealt with; ultimately, that deal never went through. However, once that was cleared up, the new and final transaction went quickly and smoothly. Our agent, Jinger Jewell, was very professional and prompt, and kept us appraised of all that was happening and what was to be expected.

We were very pleased with the service from Timeshare Specialist. They kept us informed throughout the process and there were no hidden fees. As we learned, when it comes to timeshares it's difficult to know who is telling the truth and who to trust. Timeshare Specialist can be trusted. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Timeshare specialist was a great service for me to use. They did what i wanted them to do which get me out of my timeshare amd not have to ever worry about them again. Also, the prices compared to other companies for similar services was great. What took me forever to finally decide on a company to get me out of a timeshare was the fact that most companies don't offer escrow payment and all the money upfront. Timeshare specialist only had me pay my own timeshare company for the transfer documents and didn't ask for their cut untill after everything was ready to sign and be done with. This part about them getting the job done first and then asking for payment is what made me end up picking timesharespecialist.com.
The whole process took several months (about 4), but in the end they got me out of rhe timeshare as promised and i would recommend them to anyone looking to get out of a timeshare permanently.

It was a little confusing at times but in the end I was finally rid of the timeshare and thank God for that.

I contacted these guys a few years ago, but decided to stick with my US timeshare. I was very cautious of all "timeshare release" companies. There are many scams!
They kept in touch with occasional emails and after very carefully researching them and their reviews, even contacting their CEO, I decided to trust them.
They did a brilliant job, everything happened when they said it would, and now we're free of our expensive Grand View Las Vegas "money pit"!

We feel so blessed to have found this company who helped us to transfer the obligation of our timeshare and did it for a modest fee. We will soon make back the difference in not having to pay the annual fees. Now we can go to Hawaii on our time. Thanks to Jinger for her work on our behalf.
