Both John & Jinger kept me informed during the whole process of selling our timeshare. Jinger took over with resort closings once John found a buyer. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One has to be realistic about how much money you’ll be able to get for a timeshare. This is an honest company that you can trust. They will mot make you promises that are unrealistic. It took us 6 months to sell our timeshare with no worry, because they took care of everything.

I was very impressed by Dallas and Jinger who helped us getting rid of our timeshare in Las Vegas. We had never had the opportunity to use the timeshare as whenever we tried to book something, it was never the right time for them.
Dallas walked me through the entire process. The paperwork was short and easy. The transfer was completed within a few short months. Now we do not have to pay the maintenance fees anymore.
We would recommend Timeshare Specialists to everyone who needs a hassle free transfer.

Timeshare Specialists did very well with our time share relinquishment. Timely, thorough, professional. Kept us apprised of the progress. The bundled Club Travelo it was purchased with has been a disappointment.

We were kept in the know as the process was moving forward. We began process mid November, 2022 and was completed by mid March, 2023. We were glad to have "stumbled" upon the website as we were exploring options for getting rid of our time share. Their price was very reasonable compared to other companies we explored.

The company displayed professionalism, great follow-up (written and oral) and integrity. They were consistent in detailing and outlining the process and expectations with listings, selling and transferring timeshare ownerships. The staff provided outstanding customer service and went over and beyond to ensure the process was completed to my satisfaction.

It was simple, to the point. I was given answers on every question I had. Everything turned out as I was told it would. Just great.

I was unsure how this process would go honestly. I've read about other companies where the reviews were not the greatest but after stumbling across Timeshare Specialists and all their positive reviews, we decided to reach out to them. It was the best decision ever! They were able to get us out of our contract within less than a year (we reached out in December 2021). Communication with and from them was never an issue, they responded promptly to any questions and kept us in the loop of status changes. If things seemed to not be progressing, it was really them just waiting for the timeshare resort/company itself to respond or process the next steps. They also let you know up front what it'll cost to get you out of your contract and there are no surprise fees along the way. I'd highly recommend them to anyone having trouble getting out of their timeshare contracts! Thank you to everyone involved at Timeshare Specialists! Cheers to no more maintenance fees!!!!

They quoted a fair price; kept us informed of each step as it went along and promptly accomplished the deed transfer.

I am giving Timeshare Specialists a 5-star review not because they resolved my timeshare issues, but because my representative, Dallas Peuse, was up front and honest in telling me that he could not help us exit our Welk Desert Oasis timeshare because it would require interfacing with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and would very likely be unsuccessful (we were aware that the resort was operating on a 99-year lease from BIA). He advised me not to give any company money up front to assist with this exit as it would almost certainly be unsuccessful and our money lost. Additionally, when I asked about a second timeshare with Diamond Resorts, Dallas gave me the contact information to deal with Diamond directly as they normally work with their owners to facilitate exits. I was impressed that Dallas didn't try to steer me toward using Timeshare Specialists to do something I can do on my own.

I am so glad I contacted Timeshare Specialists! From my first email to the final sale/transfer of my timeshare, I was kept informed of the process. Every person that I interacted with was quick to respond and answered all my questions. They are friendly and professional, and get the job done. I would highly recommend Timeshare Specialists.

Writing this review nearly 3 years after going through the process, my apologies, I truly waited to see a couple of years go by and "not" see a maintenance bill arrive at my door for the timeshare I "HAD" owned since 1998.
First off, like many, many others before me, I tried a couple of companies that "CLAIMED" to be able to divest me of my timeshare. They "TOOK" my money without any concerns, then "FAILED" to do their service.
I even had a couple of others try and sell me on their plan and when I balked at doing it again, they were quick and rude to dismiss my call.
Then I came upon Timeshare Specialist in 2012, yes 2012, spoke with Dallas, she was very polite, very informative, yet I was still gun shy. She was fine with it, said: "call me" when "you" are ready.
Now 2018, 6 years later, I knew I had to divest. In the meantime, the price of the process had just gone up, but Dallas allowed me to do the process at the old price.
So, the process began in late August, a few weeks later, I was connected with Jinger Jewell of Resort Closings, she did the bulk of the process that got me divested from my resort at the end of November in 2018.
So, to conclude THANK YOU! Timeshare Specialist and a very special Thank you to Dallas Peuse and Jinger Jewell for their patience, customer service, and most of all their efforts to accomplish the process.
Again, I'm sorry for the late review, but I hope it helps any future clients and some concerns they may have in this process.
