After I ordered they did a follow phone call to discuss my order and make a few suggestion which I really appreciated . The product was delivered on the date they promised and fits and looks great.

Not impressed
Well first off , free shipping dosent mean free shipping . Two weeks after a placed my order I received a message that I needed to pay an other 100 dollars for shipping . And then the product didn’t show up till a week after the delivery date. The cover seems ok but no quality compared to original and also they have the straps mounted to the inside so they always want to fall inside The tub when closing .

Amazing service! The cover fits perfectly and was ready in 2 weeks. Pick up was a breeze- the lovely gentleman even loaded it into the car. The quality of the cover is phenomenal!

Good quality cover and Customer Service
The website was easy to navigate and the company was good to deal with as a whole. I liked the option of a newer type of textile fabric and that I could build how I wanted the cover to meet me specific needs.

The company was very good to deal with
The company was very good to deal with. However, the cover that we bought was specific for our hot tub and the fit is not great. I worry that the gaps will cause heat leaks in the winter. And the skirt is not fitting as well as I feel it should.

wrong discount code was applied. instead of contacting us to fix, you took my payment, cancelled the order and did ... NOTHING! didnt reach out ... didnt start the order and it only got addressed because WE called you. Terrible service
