Custom shape - Nordic spa d’amour
Great customer service all around. I really appreciated the communication and reassurance that the cover would work with the unique heart/triangle shape of my Nordic Spa D’Anour. That said, it’s not quite the perfect fit I was hoping for. The cover feels just a little short all around compared with the original cover, possibly because of the exterior border/edge. I recognize that a custom shape like this is probably more challenging to get exactly right. I am happy with the product and would recommend the company to others, especially given the great customer service. I just couldn’t quite give it 5 stars because of the fit.

Called and gave them the model of the tub. They had a cover in stock. Gave them my CC and a couple days later the cover was delivered to my front door. Fit perfectly. Pricing seemed in line with others. Process was about as easy as it gets

3 stars and continuing to drop with each annoying "Rate your experience" email. This is the 3rd one. I've already said all I need to say. The experience was alright. Some of your design choices were questionable. The sales team is somewhat pushy. The upgrades are nonstop. It's fine. Leave me alone with these review requests
