With a collapsing 20 year old sofa forcing me to take action I finally popped in to Russell Dean for the first time despite living nearby for 4 years. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and choice on display it took me 2 more visits to make a decision, all of the staff were friendly and helpful without a hint of pressure. My purchase was made really easy by Ronan being so professional and knowledgeable. Jaqueline arranged my delivery by phone and she was also really helpful and pleasant to deal with. My furniture was delivered today and Paul and his colleague really took the challenges and physical demands in their stride. They respected both my property and my new furniture and made sure I was fully happy before they left. They were very efficient, professional and the dry humour was also appreciated. My experience with Russell Dean has been superb from start to finish and I feel confident that if I have any problems they will be helpful and fair minded. The showrooms are well appointed and pleasant to walk through. I bought two items there, and was very well advised by Ronan and Richard.

Not the first time we've shopped here so we were already aware of the good customer service standard to expect.
Ronan was no exception. He gave us guidance when needed and left us alone to mull things over when we needed that.
A sofa is not something you buy every year so we had to get it right.
Ronan was helpful throughout, explaining options to us without being forceful.
Of course, we purchased the first one we saw that we liked in the end!

Great customer service from Ronan when I ordered my new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and went through the different options available. Everyone was really flexible and helpful when the order had to be changed to include a base and headboard. We visited Russel Dean to browse for a new suite. The store was well set out with plenty of styles and material options. We were greeted by Ronan who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of interior design. We didn't feel pressured and the whole experience felt calm and relaxing. We took our time to make the best choice for our needs. We can highly recommend Russel Dean and Ronan who is a credit to this store.

We are not regular buyers of furniture But we had a need for a stylish chair that provided lumbar and neck support rather than a wall pew out of waiting for God. Sam took us carefully through the stock listening to our needs and refining her judgement and finally advising a visit to one of Russel Deans very local (2min away) maker/suppliers. Making for a very satisfactory purchase that met all our needs both ergonomic and style. Spot on.

We have been in need of a sofa for a very long time and have just not been able to find the right fit. We visited Russell Dean in Calderdale and the sofa range was vast with everything feeling and looking high quality. We were helped by Ronan who seemed to know everything there was to know about sofas! As we have been struggling to find the right sofa we were really happy to have Ronan guide us through each design, fabric, build quality etc. We felt we found the right one for us and Ronan gave his time without any pressure which we really appreciated. We have put a deposit down and subject to the measurements we will hopefully have a brand new sofa set, thanks to Ronan and Russell Deans great selection.

We visited Russel Dean today to buy some items of furniture. Our salesman, Troy, was professional and friendly and helped us through the process. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with the process.

We are customers of Russell Dean of many years standing . It was our first time dealing with Laura, who we learnt had worked there for 7 years,and what a pleasant experience it was. We arrived with a predetermined list of existing items we wanted to replace. Laura made the experience so easy, without once being pushy, and we went away 2 hours later mission accomplished. We ordered a suite last week
What we liked was the time given to choose with the great variety of fabrics. Free coffee and biscuits were appreciated as we made our decision. Mark clearly took us through the care procedures and was very thorough in all discussions. We have been informed of progress to date
