You asked for a photo of my garage without specifying the exact Image you wanted so I had to send 2 then when I took a picture with my iPhone it would not let me send it because the resolution was too high as most people send pictures on there phone I think you need to update your system

Caravan insurance quote…Poor communication and no promised callback
I received a caravan insurance quote and phoned Performance Direct yesterday because the policy was described as “new for old,” but the information about the insured value and likely settlement wasnt clear.
I spoke to Harry, who agreed the position was confusing and said he would check it and call me back. He did not call yesterday and I still have not heard from him today. To make matters worse, when I tried to access the quote again, it had apparently disappeared and the website showed an error.
Very disappointing service. I was ready to buy the policy but simply wanted a clear answer about what I would actually receive if the caravan were stolen or written off.
