Very clear and helpful to set up, but I set it up not using my full name so when I contacted them to change it to my full name I was not charged admin fee £35 Which was brill.

Never again
Terrible website not user friendly at all, kept going around in circles trying to find the contact number for customer support but was only directed to a bot with limited answers which did not cover my enquiry. The 'Contact Us' pages take you nowhere. Was eventually told if I wanted to cancel my policy it would cost £40 as an admin fee, If I wanted to cancel after the cooling off period it would cost me £55, seems like a total rip off these administration and cancellation fees. Will stay with them for this year since I have paid for it but will definitely not be renewing next year or moving any other business to them in the future.
