Had to ask for my renewal quote and proof NCB
Didn’t get my renewal quote a month before. This is the best time to get a competitive quote. Had to ask for my renewal quote as it was only 21 days to end of my policy and I was going on a 2 week holiday. I was told it would be sent 14-21 days before. It was 21 days! Told them if I didn’t receive within 48 hours I would go elsewhere. Very competitive quote arrived swiftly. Renewed. Looking at my documents I could not see my NCB and if it was protected so had to ask. Proof arrived. I do think this should have been on my documents. Also renewal quotes need to be sent a month before.

No hassle insurance
Now my third year with Performance Direct due to their excellent low premium for an older vehicle. Have started using their app which has been great for updating address and viewing documents etc. Everything is clear, easy to understand, and hassle-free. I highly recommend them.
