Cancelled renewal but still charged me
Had renewal through and told them the same day I didn't want to renew, the next day they took the full amount a week before the insurance was actually due.
Said they will refund but I think they are going to charge me £55 for the pleasure, we will see.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service when your policy auto renewed.
As part of our process we contact you via email to notify you of the renewal. We ask you to log in, view the renewal quote and review any documents that need attention. In addition, the renewal notice advises you to contact us in plenty of time to stop the renewal if you do not wish to continue cover.
The notice also explains that if no contact is made, payment will be automatically taken 7 days before the renewal date. Our records show that we did not receive any contact to stop the renewal until after the process had enacted.
We can see you have since spoken to us to cancel the policy and no cancellation fee was charged by us. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact us via our website and we will be happy to assist.

I believe I was speaking with Izzy. Unfortunately, I found the experience quite disappointing.
I appreciate that everyone can have an off day, but throughout the call it came across as though she couldn't really be bothered to assist me. As a result, I was left feeling that my call was a significant inconvenience rather than a valued customer enquiry.
I wanted to bring this to your attention as the level of customer service I received was not what I was expecting.

My address on the documents left out the line that had my village name , I contacted the helpdesk and Emily was very quickly able to check the address on the policy was indeed correct and I was reassured that it was ok to continue and sign the documents.

Took caravan insurance out with this company.
Took my payment and sent me a policy. Then refused to insure the caravan at the address provided.
Cancelled my policy after 1 day and charged a £55 cancellation charge.
Still within 14 day cooling off period.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE BETTER OUT THERE.
