Sell Cheap then look for more money.
This business has a model. Sell the policy cheap, then start questioning everything and finally taking upto 80% in 'admin' costs before saying they cant insure.
Its a quick way to make money.
I'd avoid.

I made a mistake. But Joseph sorted it
I made a mistake, incorrectly describing my campervan simply as a van. Joseph, to whom I spoke about the matter, was amazingly helpful in re- classifying and reinsuring the campervan and, in the end, the premium was cheaper!! (1/2 the cost of the quote from my last insurer as well!!). All in all a very pleasant and efficient service from Joseph. Thank you.

False information given to gain the sale
I called before purchasing the insurance to check that windscreen cover for our motorhome was unlimited due to the size of the glass and it being an A class vehicle.
I called and was told without a doubt, it was unlimited cover and that there was no worries whatsoever because it was unclear in their paperwork. After purchasing I found a page feom the Underwriter stating that a maximum of £600 for windscreen cover, which is the fraction of the cost of a new screen. I emailed them to tell them what I had found and asked them why I was given incorrect information before purchase. They told me that they would listen to the call and investigate the matter, and that was that never heard another thing so im now stuck with insurance that doesnt cover my vehicle properly and it was all down to their customer services Lying
So be aware !!!
I cannot reply but there is no email anywhere on the 17th July, you never sent anything that day

NOT CLEAR UPFRONT ABOUT WANTING PROOF OF GARAGE, WANTING PHOTOS ETC. IF I'D HAD KNOWN I WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE POLICY OUT. WHY DOES NCD PROOF HAVE TO BE SENT? NOT HAD TO DO THAT FOR YEARS AS INSURANCE DATBASE PROVIDES THE BACKGROUND CHECKS.

As an insurance broker, we may ask for supporting evidence at any point during the policy term to verify the information provided when cover was arranged. This can include proof of where a vehicle is kept overnight, such as garage details, as well as No Claims Discount documentation where required by the insurer. The proof is only requested when we have been unable to validate these details online ourselves as a last resort.
We understand that providing additional information can be inconvenient, particularly if you have not been asked for it by other insurers in recent years. However, these checks help ensure that policy details are accurate and that cover remains valid. We appreciate your comments and are sorry for any frustration this caused.
