Competitive quote, impossible to clarify the cover
The quote for caravan cover was competitive, but the policy documents used ambiguous language around important exclusions. I started online, but had to call because there was no way to clarify the wording through the website.
Rather than answer my questions, I was directed back online because they "do not answer caravan questions over the phone". A cheap quote has little value when the wording could potentially be used to refuse a claim and the company will not clarify what is actually covered before purchase.
EDIT: Quote reference provided a week ago and still no reponse.
