Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting Nettletons in Horbury , and were well looked after from the moment we entered , not to intrusive , but a polite enquiry “Can i help” from shop assistant Symone , may I enquire as to what you are looking for .

Superb introduction and excellent manner .

Conducted our business satisfactory , with the excellent service provided, and a nice cup of coffee.

We have used Nettletons many times and Christopher Pratts in Leeds , always superb.

Visited the Horbury Nettletons store today to purchase a leather sofa for my sister. Excellent and friendly customer service from Symone and the manager got exactly what we wanted

We were greeted by Symone who was very welcoming and friendly. We were allowed to wander round the very large two storey showroom at our own leisure looking at the wide range of sofas and furniture. Once we found what we wanted we found Symone and ordered our new sofa and chair, once they’re delivered we’ll hopefully be back to buy our new table and chairs.

We were helped to buy a sofa and chair by Paul. He gave us great advice and was not pushy at all. Added bonus that there is free delivery. A really excellent experience all round.

We recently placed an order for two sofas. Symone helped us choose our sofas. She was pleasant, well mannered and extremely helpful. Overall a very lovely lady. The delivery men were just as helpful. They too were pleasant, well mannered and helped to move our old sofa out into another room before they brought in the two new sofas. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience purchasing from W&T Nettleton. I have already recommended two of my friends visit their showroom when looking for their new suites. A brilliant company to deal with. Top marks to all at Nettletons.

Danny was friendly, polite, patient and helpful when we visited Nettletons this week to purchase a new mattress. He showed compassion towards my father who struggled to get up the stairs and gave him time to do so. We had an idea what we wanted and Danny was happy to provide the necessary information to support our choice. We got what we wanted in a quick and efficient manner and cannot praise Danny enough for his professionalism. Thank you.

Nettletons sell high quality furniture and beds at very competitive prices. I was very impressed by the way every attention was paid to giving sound advice with no pressure. The showroom was immaculate and I was left to browse instead of being pestered like in the large retailers. Danny was so informative and pleasant when I bought a new mattress and I have my eye on a new settee. There is such a good choice in designs and fabrics. An absolute pleasure shopping here and so good to support independent well established local traders who stock mostly goods made in the uk. Very impressed.

We visited this morning to browse the beautiful furniture ..looking for new sofas.A really quality showroom with in our opinion top quality and knowledgeable staff. Danny has been excellent in helping myself and my husband choose a new mattress. His expertise and knowledge was incredibly useful and his manner was helpful but didn't encroach upon us at any time. Thank you to Danny but also to Nettleton’s who have sold us sofas, bedroom furniture and dining room furniture previously. Lovely to support a local business.

Danny was extremely friendly and helpful when my husband and I were looking to replace our mattress. His knowledge and advice helped us to make an informed decision. We have bought our furniture and carpets at Nettletons for many years now and continue to be very impressed with the service.

Helpful advice whilst visiting the store to purchase 3 settees and recliner chair. Fabric samples ordered and arrived from Parker Knoll a few days later so when we returned to the store was able to place our order . However there was some concern as to the actual getting the large settee through the house door and so they sent someone to measure and confirm they could fit it into the lounge.
Kept informed of delivery times etc which was 8 - 10 weeks.
The best thing was the delivery chaps were so helpful and took care whilst getting the furniture into the lounge. They did a fantastic job and even took away the packaging after making sure all the electric recliners were working correctly.
A great place for anyone looking for quality furniture with a quality customer service from shop, warehouse and delivery drivers.

A warm welcome when we walked through the door, no pressure selling from Symone who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Having previously purchased our sofa and reclining chairs from Nettleton we returned to the store to browse the range of beds/mattresses.
Friends had told us how comfortable their Hypnos mattress was so we told Symone what we were looking for. She asked if we liked a firm/medium or soft mattress, and proceeded to show us options what would fit our requirements.
No pushy sales pitch just suggestions of one's we'd like to try. We were also shown a display model with a 70% discount. We tried several other mattresses of different makes and Symone was very knowledgeable about all the products on display.
It turns out, that after feeling like being part of Goldilocks and the three bears the discounted mattress was "Just Right"
Looking forward to a good night's sleep on our 'new' mattress.

We have purchased several sofas and chairs over the years from Nettletons. They only sell high quality furniture. We called in a couple of days ago and was greeted by Symone who was extremely helpful. We were able to browse without pressure which is important to us but when we needed help Symone brought three swatch books for us to choose from. We have ordered a sofa and two chairs and are now counting down the weeks to when it arrives. So good to still have this family firm . Thank you.

Just purchased our lounge furniture and the service received from visiting the shop to delivery was excellent. Julie is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We got regular updates to let us know the progress. Would definitely recommend.

We've used Nettletons in Horbury for years, but over the last 3 months during the renovation of our home, we've visited probably twice a week.

We love the choices and the fact that there's something new every time we visit.

We must make special mention of Mr Paul Bromley who has looked after us most of the time - he appears to know where every piece of art or ornament is in the store. In fact all staff are very customer oriented - 'the other Paul' and Simone to mention just a couple.

Delivery drivers are polite, helpful and competent.
