The in-store service we received at Nettletons in Horbury was excellent. Julie Mortimer was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave us such good advice about how to look after our new purchase. There was no rush to make a decision and we were able to borrow fabric swatches to take home and compare.

We were delighted with the service we received from Nettletons. Symone was very pleasant and helpful. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were very careful handling the furniture and explaining how it went together.

We bought our new sofa and rug from Nettletons. Great service from the minute we walked in to delivery day. Andy was our guy but all the staff are knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. 5* highly recommended

Visited Nettletons to look for a new settee, greeted by Symone who provided brilliant advice & service.
Definitely recommend paying them a visit if you are looking to purchase new furniture, the range, quality & customer service was outstanding.

Symone was a star. She listened to our needs, we tried almost every sofa in the building and spent 4 hours there. Symone ensured that the sofa was the right one for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she was kind and very patient explaining the differences between the reclining chairs and getting us to try them to find the perfect one for us.
Symone you are a credit to the organisation. In fact everyone was so accommodating.
Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for any furniture.

My wife and I visited Nettletons Horbury looking to purchase
1) A new bed mattress
2) A new Suite

In the bed department we met Danny who understood what type of mattress we were looking for . Without being pushy or trying to force us down one particular route he guided us through everythingh that met our requirements .Danny was very knowledgeable and extremly helpful. Needles to say we purchased exactly what we required and proceeded to the next department.

In the chair / sofa department we met Paul another guy who pointed us in the right direction and then left us alone to browse their products. Having spent 30 minutes or so looking at all Nettletons offers we went back to Paul to discuss what our requirements were. Again in this store we had found another expert in his field and we placed a provisional order which will be firmed up once my wife and I have remeasured our available space .

What a great experince it was to be able to speak with these two men and obtain all the information we required .

This shop is certainly one worth visiting . Forget the online buying visit Nettletons of Horbury

Having bought a Tempur mattress from Nettletons some 12/13 years ago we thought we would go back and look at the range again. Greeted by Danny we explained what our requirements were and he showed us the different Tempur mattresses on display. Having listened to what he had to say and tried the beds we plumped for a firm mattress. We were treated through out with dignity and there was no pushy sales technique and there was no time limit for us to make a decision, as we could have tried all the beds and nobody would have complained. Our order was taken and an approximate delivery time given. Within a couple of days we received an email and a more accurate date was given.

Professional and personable service.l can confidently recommend sales staff, carpet fitter and delivery men.

Our first visit today to look for a new bed. Danny spent time helping us choose the right one for us. He had brilliant product knowledge and answered all our questions without pushing us in any particular direction. We visited the store today. We were greeted by symone, she said need any help just ask, and left us to look around. Vast array of furniture. We picked a 3 piece suite. We had a surprisingly hugh choice of fabrics to chose from. Also you can get free swatches to view in your own home. Ordering was easy, British made. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Nothing too much trouble.

After recommendation I visited Nettletons on 5/9/25.
We were greeted by Symone who was very friendly and helpful. She directed us to the Ercol range that I was interested in but left us to look around the vast showroom at our leisure. She was there if we needed her but no pressure selling, just useful helpful knowledge.
Due to not having the Ercol sideboard on display she explained that they had the same design in the bedroom furniture which was perfect.
Symone accompanied us to the bedroom showroom which I was astonished to find an extensive display of top branded beds.
I was able to order all the furniture I required.
Ercol sofa, chair, footstool, sideboard, nest of tables, 2 bedside cabinets and a double and single bed with headboards.
The original prices were very competitive and due to the amount I ordered was given a generous discount inc free accessories!!
The items I have ordered will be delivered at different times with NO delivery charges.
The other staff were also very friendly and Paul’s knowledge of bed drawer position was helpful.
I would recommend Nettletons 100% and will definitely use them in the future.

We went to the bed showroom today and were served by Danny. He was really knowledgeable and helpful without trying to guide us to any specific mattress. He answered all our questions then left us to decide even writing down the prices for us to go away for half an hour to make our decision. He gave us all the help we needed without pressuring us at all. A credit and an asset to Nettletons - first class service.

Ordered mattress back in June 2025 the sales representative said I would sort delivery out etc finally come to my house on 13/08/2025 delivered by friendly drivers however I would have thought they would have taken the other way no not on the paperwork so no. This was not clarified in the shop to me just said I would sort it. Last time I ordered a new mattress from my daughter this was asked and got taken away I would have been than happy to pay extra for it to be taken away again on this occasion.
So now got the council to take it away in a weeks time. Having to get help etc as i have disabilities myself. I would still purchase from them in the future.
