Visited the store yesterday the service was excellent David was so helpful nothing was too much trouble ordering the furniture we required was a breeze very efficient talked us through the expected delivery time etc. Would definitely recommend this store no pressure but helpful when required.

We visited this store for the first time and we're welcomed by non pushy but so helpful staff. Particular shout out to Symone who have us all of the information we needed and left us alone. This team are seriously skilled in their subject and it's obvious there's longevity to their service highly recommend, great quality, great team, great advice.

Visited the store three times. Symone was extremely helpful each time. We ordered a settee and armchair.
Symone has kept in touch via email regarding the progress of our order which arrived today about 3 weeks earlier than expected which I’m so pleased about.

Just been to W&T Nettleton‘s today and bought some beautiful living room furniture. The store was amazing with lots of beautiful furniture. The sales person that we dealt with was Symone, she was very friendly and left you to have a look around the store on your own without any pressure, but extremely helpful when we need her. Thank you Symone for a very pleasant experience. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

Absolutely top-class products and service. We have bought two beds and two sofas from them over the last eight years or so and they have been just brilliant. I cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

I have no previous experience of Nettleton’s but confidently bought because of the clarity of explanation.
Naturally visited one of Hypnos’s “National Retailers” in the immediate area and as a broadbrush statement I felt they were £50 - £100 more expensive. They had in addition a delivery charge of c£60 and a collection/ recycling charge of £60-£80. Any collection was not done at the time of delivery. Overall, I felt the other retailer was c£150 to more than £200 more expensive.
But our decision was based on service.

Symone was really helpful and provided a great experience. We had been to various shops looking for a sofa and returned to Nettletons as having previously bought from them we knew we would have the personal service and great advice . The quality and choice as well as great customer service, in our opinion cannot be beaten.

Symone was fantastic in the horbury store. She was brilliant in helping to find my perfect sofa in the exact materials for the sofa and cushions. I spent a long time in store deciding and she was on hand whenever I needed without being pushy for a sale.
The delivery team were careful, polite and efficient.

Ian was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy and was very polite. We found a bed that would have been fine but spotted a real beauty. It was a Haris and spinks 2100 Marquise divan bed. It had been reduced by 66% as it was an X display. Now it feels as though i am levitating on a fluffy cloud, high up in the stratosphere. The problem is I am sleeping through my alarm!

A beautiful store filled with quality furniture.
Symone was knowledgeable and helpful but did not pester us or pressure us in any way when we were only wanting to look round. On our return a few weeks later she remembered us and processed our requested order very efficiently checking each aspect of the order.
A pleasure to shop at Nettletons and we highly recommend them.

Having bought from Nettletons before and always been highly delighted with the quality we regretfully went elsewhere and bought a suite 3 years ago not satisfied with that purchase we have returned to Nettletons to replace our 3 years old suite

We have just been in to Nettletons to buy sofa and a chair the lady who we dealt with was marvellous she covered every detail with buying the furniture and looking after it, I can’t praise this lady enough for being so knowledgeable

The best furniture store and staff ever , having had a small problem with our now two year old sofa I rang nettleton today and explained the fault, the staff bent over backwards to help and in fact had the replacement part at there store. Can’t sing there praise enough brilliant service from initial purchase to follow up. We will be using them again when replacement is required 10/10 service please keep up the good service.

The man that served us was Paul he was very friendly and helpfull service was exelant could not do enough for us .they have a lot of very nice sofas at a fair price would recomend this shop .

I found a beautiful sofa with accompanying chairs and ottoman at W & T Nettleton furniture in Horbury, Wakefield. The customer service was friendly and welcoming and the staff were very efficient. Even though the store was undergoing a refurbishment at the time I was able to find just what I was looking for and taken through the purchasing process by an excellent sales representative called Simone Nevis. I have to mention just how wonderful the delivery team,Paul and Wayne were when my furniture arrived. They were so professional in their care and dedication to deliver my suite in perfect condition and went above and beyond to do their job with friendly efficiency and problem solving!! A big thank you to all the staff involved in this process!!

Our family have made several purchases from Nettletons and the customer service is always brilliant so we keep going back. No rushing or pressure to buy and always so helpful. Many thanks to Paul in particular for all his help and really taking time to assist us.
