Je suis vraiment très déçue, mon fils n'aura pas son cadeau pour Noël alors que j'avais commandé un mois à l'avance...

I ordered my items nearly 2 months ago. Still no items received. Have asked for refund on 3 occasions and each time was told they will get back to me shortly. Still waiting for my refund. Not sure what to do now though, I will never buy anything from this company again. A real let down. Customer service is rubbish. If this s how they run a company how the hell are they still going.
Absolute Shambles
24 Nov – Order placed for three items. Payment taken. Email acknowledgement received.
28 Nov – Email received advising me that one item was unavailable and that I would be refunded “shortly”.
3 Dec – Order status still showing as “picking”. Email sent asking why. The reply stated that one of the remaining two items was also unavailable. Did I want to cancel, wait or select a substitute item?
4 Dec – I phoned and spoke to a customer services operative and told her about the email. She said she couldn't understand why I had been told that and she would make enquiries. She assured me that she would call me back later the same day. I asked about my refund and she said that she would “send the details to finance”.
5 Dec – I phoned and spoke to a different customer services operative and asked had yesterday's operative managed to find any information. She said she would investigate and call me back. My stated scepticism was not misplaced. No call received.
8 Dec – The two items on my order arrived.
11 Dec – Refund for out of stock item received in my Paypal account.
I'm fairly sure I won't be bothering with NBA Store any time soon.

Trust me not worth trying. I have order 5 Jerseys all on Stock and stating next day shipping after 2 days of no shipping I call them and got told I had to wait additional 7 days !!!!! for something that I was told was going to be shipped next day. The money got taken from my account ASAP items never got shipped in the same speed. I advise everyone to never buy anywhere else but the NIKE Official Website as they are the only ones who have the items on stock everyone else are just playing with your money and ordering the goods once you pay for it. Complete Scammers.

Don’t ever order from this misleading company... They’ve advertised online their Black friday week deal as Buy one Get one free hoodie. I’ve ordered them as it says they’ve got it in stock, ordered some items with it as well. I received a confirmation email straightaway re; my orders and the delivery date... Looking forward to it and quite excited. The next day I had an email telling me that my order was cancelled and I am having a refund (they were so quick getting my money from my account BTW). I phoned them to ask why it’s been cancelled. I was told I’ve requested a cancellation ( which I never did). Been told over the phone yesterday by one of the staff that she can re-order it for me and that she will phone me after half an hour as the system was down on their end... Waited all day but nobody phoned me back. So i phoned late in the afternoon to ask them what’s the update with my order, been told that they’re waiting for their boss to approve my orders ( ????)first thing I’ve heard such thing. So I phoned again today to ask, been told that my order was cancelled as there was a mistake with their deals online, the hoodie that was advertised as BOGOF was actually wasn’t true, they can only give me 25% off instead.... WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! advertising wrong information on their website... Total scam I should say... Thank you very much anyway to Laura ( customer service assistant that I spoke to today) as she is the only “helpful” one in the team....Hopefully I will have my REFUND soon!!!! So guys, don’t ever believe in what it says on their site as it’s not true...Total waste of time ordering from this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!🤬😡

Ordered a boston celtics Irving shirt, money was taken the next day.... No email confirmation so have now rang 3 times and they still don't know when going to be dispatched as waiting for nba approval! Well don't say 2 working days delivery (which it still says as I write this) even though you cannot legally sell it yet! Disgraceful and misleading!

Par contre le paiement de la commande lui a été prélevé sur mon compte le lendemain de cette foutue commande !!!! Honteux! c'était un cadeau pour noël alors que sur leur site il précise livraison garantie avant noël!!
Get jersey from China, is better
Bought Michael Jordan Tune Squad Jersey for 20th anniversary of Space Jam on 18/11, from Italy. Did not yet arrived. I think it will never arrive. 94€ and 8€ for shipping and they use normal mail service with no tracking. Stupidly during this period I bought another jersey. Both of them were Christmas presents.
I trust the NBA organization, so I'm even more disappointed.
If I bought them from China I got them certainly in time, spending less money with a tracking ship for max additional 2€.
At least I hope to get my money back.

Délai important de livraison (pas de stock) et un article est arrivé cassé car il était très mal emballé.
Je ne recommande pas ce site.
In Stock But Unable to Deliver
A bit disappointed with the NBA Store EU as all of the items I purchased mentioned that they were in stock at the point of purchase on Friday 3rd June, however after chasing my order to see if it had been dispatched yet on Wednesday 8th June I was a little disappointed to hear that the jerseys were still being "printed" - in other words the jerseys were in fact not in stock. They told me it wouldn't be dispatched this week but will be the following week. Not quite what the website advertised about the stock level and the 2 day delivery period.
What really frustrates me is that they're still happy to advertise that this is still in stock if you go onto their website, when frankly it isn't. Other people will run into the same problem.
On the plus side, the customer service team were helpful.

This company’s service is an absolute joke – I cannot believe the NBA is providing such POOR customer service. I ordered a personalised jersey on 6/5/2015, it was a clippers jersey, they had just beat the spurs in that epic first round 7-game series, so I was excited about getting the jersey (it was a gift for my partner)…..but my excitement turned to frustration and then flat out anger as the days went by and still no jersey. I waited about 10 days and got in contact only to be told that they HAD delivered it. Now, mistakes happened so I checked all over the house (and outside the house, as sometimes these delivery guys feel it’s appropriate to leave items in the recycling bin, which if they leave a note telling me as such, I am fine with), I checked with all my neighbours, I checked with the local postal hub, and there was no delivery from nbastore.eu.
So when I explain to them, they don’t seem all that bothered, they take a few days to reply, by that time I’m fuming, but trying to keep it together. They tell me they are sorry but there’s no sense of urgency. Then, the clippers get knocked out in game 7 of round 2 by the rockets, so now I don’t even want the jersey as there won’t be any more clippers games. Plus I start feeling like these people do not value my custom, so I do not want to give them ANY of my money.
So I request a refund, it takes them a while to ‘look into things’, they are never able to find my delivery. They do not offer any compensation whatsoever, they just apologise with some mail merged group apology they must use for all their customers.
Not impressed by them whatsoever.

Even as I type this I am still waiting for a solid conclusion to this odyssey of ineptitude on the part of nbastore.eu and their lacking customer service team and processes. I have also asked numerous times for them to give me a link or contact to place a formal complaint but each time I have been ignored (no surprise there given the way these people operate).
So the last thing I heard from them(just to show how incompetent they are and hope poorly they must be documenting my case) I got two separate emails – one saying that my refund was granted and should be in my account within 7-10 working days(side note: so after taking my money almost 1 month ago and screwing everything up along the way, they are now acknowledging they’re in the wrong and rewarding me by making me wait another TWO WEEKS to get my money back, so basically I gave nbastore.eu my money to hold for me for about 5 weeks in total! What a joke!), and the second email told me that my order had been DISPATCHED and was on its way to me (?!?!?! What in the world is going on over there at nbastore.eu????).
Incompetence reigns supreme with these people.
I urge everyone – STAY AWAY FROM NBASTORE.EU, I GAVE THEM MY MONEY A MONTH AGO AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!!

I can personally say I wont ever purchase from them again. The will fight tooth an nail to not hold themselves to fair standards. Avoid custom prints at all costs. Shoddy work and rude service.
Shocking service
Bought and paid for a lebron Jersey for my son which was sent out with no issues, son then changed his mind and decided he wanted a shaq Jersey so I called the nba store and was told the usual about exchanges and that as long as it was not used it would not be a problem etc, so sent it back with note asking for exchange as advised by customer service only to be sent the same Jersey again. I emailed them to be told the jersey I wanted was not available due to costing ????
I was not sure what this meant so asked and was told I was not allowed to exchange the Jersey I had to return it and then order a new one on a different order???why I have no idea, none the less it is what my son wants so I tried to order the new one but found my account had been deactivated !!!!!!! Unbelievable !! !! I ordered the New Jersey and sent the other one back again and emailed a complaint, I received the standard we are investigating this matter etc but this was a month ago and I've heard nothing.
Won't ever use these again I'll be using adidas direct in future.
