I strongly advice going with the legal ways to recieve the refund. Its a scam they dont accept return. The timeframe is never as they write on the policy rules.

I purchase a Christian Louboutin Cora…

I purchase a Christian Louboutin Cora Heel in gold on June 4, 2026 and received the shoe on June 9. I opened the box the next day and the shoe was too small. I put the shoe back in the box as it came. When I went to the site to start a return I noticed it was gone to cost me almost $200.00 to send it back for a larger size so I emailed their customer service to see if any accommodations could be done with that large return amount. However, I still processed the return because I couldn't do anything with a too small shoe. The return according to their site was received June 19, 2026. I started emailing them after not hearing anything after 6/7 days (June15, July 1, July 7). The company responded back 1 time saying sorry for the delay (July 1). On July 7th, 2026 I contacted Paypal and filed a dispute because at this time the shoe had been in the companies possession for 18 days. Shortly after filing a dispute to return my money, I finally received an email from the company saying my return was rejected because the shoe was scratched and faded. I'm not sure how are when that could have possibly happened. I put the shoe back in the box and inside the packaging back once I realized it was too little. I have no animals or children in my home. There's no way this company is saying I damaged a shoe that was $1141.00. I feel like they are scamming and trying to get over. DO NOT PURCHASE FROMTHIS SITE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND UNFORTUNATLEY THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

"Slow, evasive, and a nightmare to get a refund from

Avoid Cettire like the plague. I returned over £1,570 of unopened items, sent back promptly and exactly as arranged, and what followed was a drawn-out nightmare. The refund was marked as "processing" for nearly four weeks with no real progress, just a stream of vague holding replies "as soon as possible," "we'll review on the next business day," "quality checks ongoing" none of which came with an actual date. Their response times are painfully slow, they don't operate weekends or holidays so everything drags even further, and I had to repeatedly chase and cite consumer regulations just to get a straight answer. For a company sitting on hundreds of pounds of your money, the lack of urgency is staggering. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere and reputable place as Cettire doesn't even deserve the title or even be put in the dictionary. The discounted items will fool you to thinking your getting a bargain and all but trust me your in for a nightmare.

Order Still Not Shipped After Nearly 2 Months (€2,000 Purchase)

I purchased the Bottega Veneta Bang Bang bag on Cettire on April 23rd during a promotion. It is now June 12th, and the bag has still not even been shipped.

I first contacted customer service on May 9th, and since then I have repeatedly been told that the issue is being treated as a priority. However, the first time I was given this assurance was more than 30 days ago, and I am still waiting for a €2,000 bag.

I honestly find it unacceptable that a customer has to wait this long for a luxury item, especially when every email receives the same response stating that the matter is being looked into, yet nothing actually happens.

On June 16, I received an email saying that you wanted to sell me a new bag without a receipt. I clearly stated that I was fine with this, provided that you verified its authenticity.

Today, I received an email informing me that my order has been cancelled because you cannot guarantee the bag’s authenticity. After two months of messing around and wasting my time, you have cancelled my order without offering any solution whatsoever.

This is by far the worst website and customer service experience I have ever had!!!!!

Customer service is from the Dark Ages; they take ages to respond and they will argue back and forth, spending way more time and effort that the item is worth. I returned an unworn item with the tags attached but they sent it back claiming it was stained when in fact there was a dust mark similar to marks on another item they sent
I think they have an internal policy to refuse as many returns as they can - Caveat Emptor

Worst service ever I ordered my shoe on 6th of April and still haven’t received it. When i checked my delivery status and it says delivered but they haven’t sent my package yet. Scammers………. Hope this web get ban and have to pay a big fine!!!!

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and have been trying to contact them for three days with no response at all. There has been no update about the order, no shipping information, and no reply to my messages. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If there is a delay or an issue, the least a company can do is communicate with its customers. Unfortunately, the complete lack of response makes this a very frustrating experience.

Don't order anything from here

Don't order anything from here, they won't let you cancel your order once the order is prepared for shipment, it's very disgusting way to stop you to change your mind even they haven't send your order yet.
And you have to wait you get your package first then pay at least 20 pounds to return it, and you also don't know if they will accept your return.

Beware of this online store. It is a scam been waiting on refund since the 16th of February 2026 and it is the 20th of march 2026 and still not gotten my money back £424. CETTIRE give me my money and is there a way i can report the company

Terrible customer service- the worst I have EVER experienced

Terrible customer service. Buyer BEWARE. Don’t buy unless you have tried the item on elsewhere and know it fits and you like it. Very short window returns policy and haphazard shipping with zero communication /notifications means they don’t care if a neighbour signed for it whilst you were away. Impossible to actually speak to anyone in customer services. They make it really hard to return anything . I had to travel abroad because my father went into a coma and died. An expensive item arrived whilst I was away at his funeral and a neighbour signed for it.but it took ages to track down and they ignored all my emails. The item ( expensive designer trainers) were really small. Very Uncomfortable . Unwearable. Then they refused to refund me because they needed notification of the return within 10 days of the delivery date. Even though they were NOT delivered to me and they were not interested in helping me track down where they had gone so it was impossible to meet this deadline .once I found the right neighbour. I tried the shoes on the day I got them from the neighbour and and I had already sent all of the images and bar codes for them to assess the condition that they demanded before they decided I had missed the returns deadline. I have proof of the death. The plane tickets and everything and yet I could not get a supervisor to contact me. Or speak to anyone. It took 11 days to even get a response from one of the emails I sent. I had bought from them before but I WILL NEVER BUY from them again. I’m am not convinced the customer service team have an humans. It must be bots.

Returned item and no refund…

Returned item accepted by Cettire and delivered on 12 Feb 2026. Refund of £266.13 still not issued despite written confirmation that a refund would be processed upon receipt. Complaint now lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

This company is unethical, rude and spiteful.

The worst customer service I have received from a company. This company is unethical, rude and spiteful.

I ordered some shoes and they removed the discount code as I was trying purchase the shoe. The discount code expired in 6 days, I asked why they removed the discount before the 6 days and they said they can change a discount at anytime even tho you are trying to purchase an item.

Sent Boots that were damaged, returned them now they claim I did the damage.

I ordered a pair of Courreges boots and a tank top. I kept the top but the boots appeared slightly used. I brushed it off since they were already on sale. In any event, I returned the boots within their very short time frame. I knew of a return fee of $25 but did not realize there would also be an additional fee of $50 since the total cost of my original purchase was very $800. They held the boots for over 2 weeks once the boots were received. Then they rejected my return claiming the boots were used. They are sending the hoots back AND charging me $150 for the return. I have contacted customer service multiple times saying the boots were sent to me n a poor condition. I have asked for a phone call and have received nothing. It’s a shame as I have purchased from here before but NEVER again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID i bought christian louboutin heels on 23rd december they were too big for me as you know christian louboutin sizing sometimes varies. i returned them on 26th december 2025. i asked for an exchange on the day i received them but they said no i have to return these first. i have been ordering before for a decade and i know to not remove the tag or scratch the heels. we dont wear shoes in our house so i did try them on clean fresh carpet and i put them back into its box ready to send off as i have a wedding end of the month i wanted to buy the correct size once i received my refund for these. on 2nd january 2026 they recieved them i kept emailing them as it had been more than 20 days they had not issued me a refund so in the end after sending them about 25 emails. this is what they said

The item returned to us was dirty and scratched, and was missing the 'Do Not Remove' tag.. Please see the corresponding images attached for your clarification.

Unfortunately, we have to reject the return because it was not returned to us in the same condition as shipping.

I DID NOT REMOVE THE TAG AND THEY SENT ME 4/5 RIDICULOUS PHOTOS PROBABLY SCRATCHED THEM THEMSELVES AND BLAMED ME FOR IT TO AVOID ISSUEING ME A REFUND. honestly the worst company ever. i purchased the Amina Muaddi Heels from FARFETCH at the same time as i wanted silver heels for a wedding. i sent them back because of the sizing and they refunded me STRAIGHT AWAY. seriously avoid this company they are SCAMMERS !!! there’s no phone number to contact them aswel i wish i read the reviews from what people have been saying about them. i can’t believe i literally put the heels back immediately as they didn’t fit they were too big why would i want to risk £700 heels and wear them when i know they wont give me a refund back if i did wear them or scratch them or remove the tag. the WORST company by far !!!!!!! please AVOID

awful!

I would give this a minus star if possible. Ordered a jacket, 3 days later got email to say item out of stock. Checked online, identical item still showing in stock. Emailed customer services, got told that the item I ordered is not the same as I ordered or its new season, and manufacturers will use the same codes blah blah blah . I should know what I ordered! It was the same landing page, same product codes, basically it was what I ordered. I asked them how does the customer identify this? Never got a response. I do't think they know themselves, as there is no specific product code for each item.
So having waited for a whole week, i reordered the same product. Again, 3rd day after placing the order, I get email to say its out of stock. Again, contact customer services, and the same BS about its not the same item I ordered. Its false advertising, and don't waste your time with this company

My experience with CETTIRE has been…

My experience with CETTIRE has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Although I returned the item on the same day it was received and provided clear photographic evidence of the packaging at the time of FedEx collection, the company has continued to dispute the return by incorrectly referencing “damaged original packaging” that was never provided with the shipment.

Despite receiving written confirmation that the item was returned to CETTIRE, I have experienced ongoing delays and inconsistent explanations regarding resolution. Responsibility for any alleged transit damage has been wrongly redirected to me rather than being addressed directly with the courier.

This issue has resulted in prolonged inconvenience, time spent on repeated follow-ups, and delayed access to my refund. Clearer communication, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to consumer rights would have significantly improved this experience.

Based on this experience, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution and ensure thorough documentation when dealing with returns.
